RENAL[KIDNEY]

RENAL[KIDNEY]
Kidneys are bean-shaped organs, each about size of one’s fist, located near middle of back, just below the rib cage. The kidneys are sophisticated trash collectors. The kidneys remove wastes and extra water from the blood to form urine. Urine flows from the kidneys to the bladder through the ureters. The wastes in blood come from normal breakdown of active muscle and from food what we eat. Body uses food for energy and self-repair. After body has taken what it needs from food, waste is sent to the blood. If kidneys did not remove these wastes, it would build up in blood and damage body.
The actual filtering occurs in tiny units inside kidneys called nephrons. In nephron, tiny blood vessels called capillaries intertwine with tiny urine-carrying tubes called tubules. A complicated chemical exchange takes place,as waste materials and water leave blood and enter urinary system.
At first, tubules receive a combination of waste materials and chemicals that body can still use. Kidneys measure out chemicals like sodium, phosphorus, and potassium and release them back to the blood to return body. In this way, kidneys regulate body’s level of these substances. The right balance is necessary for life, but excess levels can be harmful.
In addition to removing wastes, kidneys release three important hormones:
Erythropoietin which stimulates the bones to make red blood cells.
 Rennin which regulates blood pressure.
Vitamin D which helps maintain calcium for bones and for normal chemical balance in body.
Most kidney diseases attack the nephrons, causing them to lose their filtering capacity. Damage to the nephrons may happen quickly, often as result of injury or poisoning. But most kidney diseases destroy the nephrons slowly and silently.
BUT, two most common causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure.
Diabetic Nephropathy  is a disease that keeps body from using sugar as it should. If sugar stays in blood instead of breaking down, it can act like a poison. Damage to the nephrons from unused sugar in blood is called diabetic nephropathy.
High Blood Pressure  can damage the small blood vessels in kidneys. The damaged vessels cannot filter poisons from blood as they are supposed to.
Poly cystic kidney disease,is a genetic disorder in which many cysts grow in kidneys and can slowly replace much of the mass of kidneys, reducing  function and leading to kidney damage.
The first sign of a kidney problem may be high blood pressure, a low number of red blood cells, or blood or protein in urine.
Signs of Kidney Disease? first signs that may be general, frequent headaches or feeling tired or itchy all over your body.  If kidney disease affected, need to urinate more often or less often. May lose appetite or experience nausea and vomiting. Your hands or feet may swell or feel numb. You may get drowsy or have trouble concentrating. Your skin may darken. You may have muscle cramps.
Creatinine  is a waste product in the blood created by the normal breakdown of muscle during activity. Healthy kidneys take creatinine out of the blood and put it in the urine to leave the body. When kidneys are not working well, creatinine builds up in the blood.
SUJOK Acupuncture,  itself is a powerful medicine, which aids in strengthening the immunity and serves to prevent diseases, control pain and increase both the ability to function and the quality of lives.  Acupuncture has been shown to promote the health and improve its function. Dear Dr. Dinesh Kapur
My colleague Mr. K.C. Pandey is visiting daily for treatment of weakness of kidney through acupuncture SUJOK therapy since Aug 09. He has achieved considerable improvement in his kidney problem, which is evident from the serum creatnine level 3.7 (it was 4.8, when he started taking treatment from Dr.Dinesh) and also started reducing the weight reduction which he was having regularly from the time, he diagnosed kidney disease.

    WATER Purification
Grapefruit-seed extract, you may opt to purify the water! Put some seeds in the water to get it done. It’s a personal opinion.
Make sure to consult with a health care provider before taking grapefruit seed or any other herbal, natural remedy or dietary supplements.
    smile thanks!
