Dysmenorrhea itself is a painful and difficult menstruation.  It begins normally six to 12 months following menarche.  Symptoms may be severe enough to miss participation in normal activities.  Some women have mild to moderate abdominal cramps a few days before or during menstruation. This discomfort, called dysmenorrhea, results from contractions of the uterus. Dysmenorrhea may include long menstrual periods, obesity, early age at menarche, smoking and alcoholic use or believed to be caused by high levels of prostaglandins (fatty acids that stimulate muscle contractions, among other activities) which cause painful uterine muscle spasms. Symptoms of dysmenorrhea occur when bleeding starts and may include moderate to severe menstrual pain (crampy, spasmodic, and labor-like or a dull ache), nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, low back pain, thigh pain, and diarrhea. During menstruation begins, some experience emotional or physical symptoms that may include depression, anxiety, fatigue, headache, body swelling, or pain in the breasts. BUT some experiences as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroid, ovarian cysts, tumors, inflammatory bowel disease, and salpingitis (inflammation of the fallopian tube). Symptoms depend upon the specific cause of dysmenorrhea, but pain is the main symptom.
The beauty of acupuncture is that each treatment is catered to the needs of an individual patient. Acupuncture’s energy concept of treatment is only on the palm.  Acupuncture, itself is a powerful medicine, which aids in strengthening the immune system and serves to prevent diseases, control pain and increase the ability to function.  It has also helped many people who were not successfully treated through conventional western medicine.  Several conditions can be dramatically improved or remedied in full including Dysmenorrhea.  With Acupuncture SUJOK, the treatment concept is traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at energy flow paths in miniature form of hands or feets.  It is definitely effective to have overcome of Dysmenorrhea.  The course of treatment should defenietly be uneventful. One must opt for ACUPUNCTURE SUJOK to have more positive results that too within a few initial sessions.
