A process to remove or filters waste products and excess fluids from the blood,when kidneys no longer can, normally done in chronic KIDNEY FAILURE condition <in which the kidneys can not perform the function of filteration of the wastes, excess water and fluids properly>.  According to conventional medicine system, in chronic kidney failure, dialysis must be performed twice or three times a week for life, or until the kidney transplant is performed. There are two methods of dialysis;
Hemodialysis diverts the patients blood through an artificial kidney ( a renal dialysis machine that filters the blood in imitation of the kidneys. It is mostly performed in out patient clinics. Here, the blood from an artery in the patients arm is delivered to the dialysis machine, where it is separated from the dialysis fluid by an artificial membrane through which waste chemicals and water can be filtered out. At the end of this process the blood is returned to an arm vein.
Peritoneal dialysis uses the filtering properties of the peritoneum, the membrane that lines the abdominal and pelvic cavities and covers the intestines. Waste products in the blood passing through the peritoneal capillaries are filtered into fluid introduced into the peritoneal cavity via a catheter <thin tube> inserted through a small incision in the abdominal wall allows dialysis fluid to pass into the peritoneal cavity.
Dialysis is not a cure, but it can help the affected person feel better and live longer.  Kidney transplant may be best choice if you are otherwise healthy. With a new kidney, you will feel much better and be able to live a more normal life. But have to wait for a kidney that is a good match for blood and tissue type.
Dialysis Diet – When the food that consume is digested, the blood picks up nutrients and carries them to all the cells in the body. The cells absorb the nutrients and deposit the wastes back into the bloodstream. Healthy kidneys remove wastes from the blood and eliminate them through urine and bowel movements. When kidneys fail in performing this function, hemodialysis or dialysis of the blood is used to provide an artificial replacement for the kidney failure. Despite being an effective way of artificially removing wastes from the bloodstream, an artificial system cannot completely replace the natural functions of kidneys. Besides removing wastes from the body, kidneys also function as part of endocrine system, releasing hormones,an active form of vitamin D for production of red blood cells, as well as helping in absorption of calcium and phosphate. While the kidneys work around the clock for effective purification of the blood, wastes can build up between dialysis sessions. A dialysis diet is meant specifically for reducing the build-up of wastes by monitoring what you eat and drink.
Some of the key aspects of the dialysis diet are:
Fluids – A dialysis diet is required to control the amount of fluids, potassium, phosphorous and sodium in the body. This needs to be done while ensuring that the body gets enough calories and proteins for maintaining health. The body can accumulate fluids between dialysis sessions, causing puffiness or weight gain, and must be controlled. Some fruits and vegetables contain a lot of water and therefore should be limited to small quantities. These include melons, grapes, oranges, tomatoes, celery and the like.
Minerals –
Healthy kidneys maintain a proper level of phosphorous to keep a steady heart beat. Smaller portions of foods rich in potassium like avocados, bananas, kiwis and dried fruit are recommended to limit potassium intake. The same rule applies to oranges, melons and pears. You can remove some of the potassium from some vegetables like tomatoes and potatoes by peeling them and soaking in large amounts of water for several hours. Too much phosphorus can weaken bones by pulling out calcium. Milk, cheese, dried beans, peas, colas, nuts and peanut butter should also be controlled since they have a high phosphorous content.
Proteins – Usually a low-protein diet is advised for a natural weight loss to help in maintaining muscle and repairing damaged tissue. In case of dialysis, you may be advised to follow a high-protein diet to restrict production of wastes like urea. Take high-quality proteins from fish, and egg whites.
Weight Management – Some diabetics need to add to their weight and may be advised to consume more calories. Oils from olives, rapeseed and safflower seed are healthy sources of calories and you may use them generously on bread, rice and noodles.
Changing diet can help protect the damaged kidneys. It can also help to control other diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, that can make kidney disease worse.
Key Points – Need to limit salt(sodium), fluids, and protein. Some also have to limit potassium and phosphorus.
Disease means that for some time kidneys have not been working the way they should. Kidneys have important job of filtering the blood. They remove waste products and extra fluid and flush them from body as urine. When kidneys do not work right, wastes build up in the blood and make a person sick. Each of kidneys has about a million tiny filters, called nephrons. If nephrons are damaged, they stop working. For a while, healthy nephrons can take on extra work. But if damage continues, more and more nephrons shut down. After a certain point, the nephrons that are left cannot filter your blood well enough to keep you healthy.  Sodium is a naturally occurring mineral that the body needs to function properly. But too much sodium can cause problems, such as high blood pressure (hypertension) or heart failure, or make problems worse.  Salt is the most familiar source of sodium. Sodium is often hidden in foods that don’t taste salty, such as cheddar cheese and processed foods. Sodium is also a major ingredient of mono sodium glutamate (MSG), dis odium phosphate, and baking powder.  If to cut back on sodium in diet : Limit ready-mixed sauces and seasonings, frozen dinners, canned soups, and salad dressings, which usually contain a lot of sodium. Products labeled “low sodium” contain less than 140 mg of sodium per serving.  Eat lots of fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables. These foods have very little sodium. Don’t put the salt shaker on the table, or get a shaker that lets very little salt come out. Use light salt or salt substitute sparingly. Always measure the salt in recipes and use half of what is called for.
If, RENAL<KIDNEY> not functioning properly, there is a possibility to regain the inactive or under active kidneys into the functional one that too without the dialysis. According to the energy concept of SUJOK acupuncture.
The above integrated concepts of alternative medicine, whereby no medicine is ever recommended during the treatment process at all. The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.  SuJok Acupuncture is a traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at the certain energy meridians, energy gates, joints of affected organs, or energy flow therapy of SuJok located in miniature form of hands and feet’s, that too needle is to be prick only 1mm on the upper surface of skin. One can start getting effectiveness to have CURE effect of chronic kidney disease within 10 to 15 sessions. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicament’s therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether. The course of treatment is definitely uneventful. ONE MUST OPT FOR IT, as there is no side effect at all.

Anuria means cessation of urine output.  Anuria may result from severe disease of, or inadequate blood flow through, the kidneys, or a complete blockage of urine flow by anything such as stones or tumours that blocks both ureters or the bladder outlet, or obstructs the urethra by enlargement of the prostate gland. Anuria is an emergency needing urgent investigation so that its cause can be discovered and corrected, if possible. Otherwise renal DIALYSIS <artificial filtering of waste products and water from the blood> must be used to prevent death from accumulation of waste products.
BUT, with ACUPUNCTURE SUJOK, energy concept anuria means excess Yang Coldness condition and towards the Darkness condition,as non production of urine, indicates kidney failure, obstruction of ureters. One may get the positive results even from the initial one or two sessions of acupuncture, simultaneously urine output may be increased immediately.
Acupuncture is a component of Onnuri Medicine, and involves inserting of very fine, thin, metal needles into specific ‘points’ or ‘energy pathways’  located in miniature form of hands and feets.  The treatment concept is that inserting the needle stimulates these ‘energy pathways’ and unblocks the natural flow of light energy (qi or chi) through the body. Blocked qi is thought to cause disease. Unblocking qi allows the body to heal itself.

Kidney stones may form when the normal balance of water, salts, minerals, and other substances found in urine changes. Most kidney stones are calcium-type – they form when the calcium levels in urine change. Stones<calculi> that develop in the kidneys, ureters which carry urine from kidneys to bladder or bladder due to percipitation of crystal formation in urine. The formation of urinary stones also called urolithiasis. Mostly, stones are composed of calcium salts while the remainder consist of uric aid, magnesium salts or production of protein breakdown. Stones are more likely to form if there is increased concentration of these substances in urine due either to their increased concentration in blood or decreased urine production. Kidney and ureteric stones may injure the lining membranes around them and cause bleeding or may obstruct outflow from kidney or ureter, causing ureteric colic and if untreated hydronephrosis, distention with urine of one or both kidneys.

Factors that change urine balance include: When water intake not enough. One should try to drink enough water to keep urine clear (about 8 to 12 glasses of water a day). When there is not enough water- the salts, minerals, and other substances in the urine can stick together and form a stone. This is the most common cause of kidney stones. Many medical conditions can affect the normal balance and cause stones to form. Gout is one such example. Also, people who have inflammatory bowel disease or who have had surgery on their intestines may not absorb fat from their intestines in a normal way. This changes the way the intestines process calcium and other minerals, and it may lead to kidney stones. In some cases, a person forms kidney stones because the parathyroid glands produce too much of a hormone, which leads to higher calcium levels and possibly calcium kidney stones. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) for kidney stones – makes the urine less acidic, which makes uric acid kidney stone formation less likely. BUT, there is a possible increase in risk of forming calcium kidney stones. An increase in the amount of sodium in the blood. Fluid retention(edema), especially in people with high blood pressure, heart failure, or liver disease (cirrhosis) might develop. Kidney stones: Preventing kidney stones through diet If you had kidney stones before, you are more likely to get them again. But by following the eating plan, new kidney stones can be prevented. Drink plenty of water. The most common cause of kidney stones is not drinking enough fluids, especially water. Water helps to wash away the substances in the kidneys that could form stones. You are drinking enough water when your urine is clear or light yellow. If it is dark yellow, you are not drinking enough fluids. If you had a calcium kidney stone, it may help to: Eat less salt and salty foods. Milk, cheese, and yogurt are all good sources of calcium. Also limit the following; Coffee, teas, colas, and chocolate. Dark green vegetables, such as spinach. Beets, berries, and cranberries. Oranges and sweet potatoes. Avoid grapefruit juice. Drink lemonade made from real lemons (not lemon flavoring). It is high in citrate, which may help prevent kidney stones. There may be symptoms of sharp pain that start in back and side, and move toward the groin or testicles. Inability to find a comfortable position, person having kidney stones often pace the floor. Nausea and vomiting with ongoing flank pain. Blood in the urine. The frequent urge to urinate, or pain or diffuclty with urination. Signs of a urinary tract infection. Bladder stones are most likely to form in chronic cystitis bladder infection or chronic retention of urine or can cause bleeding from the bladder, difficult and painful passing of urine and ofter lower abdominal pain. Sometimes may be symptoms of : Fever and chills. Painful urination. Cloudy or foul-smelling urine. Because the symptoms of kidney stones can also be signs of other urinary problems. Acupuncture, as itself is a powerful medicine, which aids to prevent diseases, control pain and increase both the ability to function and the quality of peoples lives. It has also helped many people who were not successfully treated through conventional western medicine. Several conditions can be dramatically improved or remedied in full including STONES be it of Cholelithiasis or Urolithiasis. Acupuncture ONNURI<SUJOK> is traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at the certain energy meridians, energy gates, joints of afected organs points, or energy flow therapy of acupuncture located along the meridians. Thus, the ACUPUNCTURE ONNURI is effective to have CURE of STONES. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicamentous therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether. The course of treatment is defenietly uneventful.

One must opt for ACUPUNCTURE, particularly Acupuncture SuJok, Onnuri, Triorigin, SixKi Thereapy or Eight Origin concept’s of energy. With the energy concepts, stones are produced when excess of coldness energy is in Kidney meridian or organs. Stone is localized in Renal Pelvis. How stones are formed through excerotory system. Basic energy of Heat(circulatory system), Branch energy of coldness(excerotory system).
