FEVER and COLD

FEVER and COLD
A common cold is an inflammation of upper respiratory tract caused by infection with common cold viruses. A common cold occurs more often than any other disease. A person may suffer from a common cold several times in a year, usually lasts from three to eight days. The initial signs of cold are feeling of soreness of throat and congestion of the nasal passages. Although diseases normally begins in the nose and throat, it affects all parts of body. Its usual symptoms are running nose, sneezing, a rise in temperature, headache, sore throat, chill aches and pains in body, and loss of appetite. A common cold results from exposure to virus. Its intensity however depends upon state of health of person and environmental factors. Low vitality, exposure to cold, lack of sleep, mental depression, fatigue and factors such as sudden changes in temperature, dust and other irritating inhalations are important contributory causes.
An abnormally raised body temperature is controlled by the hypothalamus in the brain which monitors blood temperature, when the temperature falls too low, the hypothalamus stimulates shivering which generate heat through muscle activity and constriction of skin blood vessels to reduce heat loss from the surface of the body. Fever leads to sweating and an increased breathing rate both of which increases heat loss.
Most fevers are caused by viral or bacterial infections. White blood cells that increase in number to fight infection release chemicals called pyrogens that act on the hypothalamus causing it to raise body temperature in an attempt to destroy the invading micro-organisms. Fever may also occur in non-infectious conditions such as Graves disease some Autoimmune disease in which the immune system produces antibodies that attack one or more of the body’s own tissues such as Lupus erythematosus, some malignancies such as Heat stroke.
Chills accompanied by fever; occurrence of chills and fever at the beginning of the disease indicates exogenous exterior syndrome. It is the manifestation of invasion of the body surface by the pathogenic factor and its contending with the anti pathogenic energy. Exterior syndromes resulting from exposure to pathogenic wind cold usually manifest as severe chills and mild fever with the accompanying symptoms and signs such as absence of sweating, headache and general aching and a superficial and tense pulse. Exterior syndromes due to invasion by pathogenic wind heat are characterized by mild chills and severe fever, the patient also reveals thirst sweating and a superficial and rapid pulse.
Alternate fever and chills; the patient may notice alternate attacks of chills and fever. This is the representative symptoms of intermediate syndromes. The patient may also complain of bitter taste in the mouth, thirst and fullness and stuffiness in the chest and hypochondrium.
Fever without chills; fever may occur without chills. Persistent high fever with aversion to heat instead suggest interior heat syndromes of excess type due to transmission of the pathogenic factors from the exterior too the interior with excessive heat in the interior. The accompanying symptoms and signs are profuse sweating, sever thirst and a surging pulse. If fever occurs or becomes worse at a fixed hour of the day, it is known as tidal fever. Tidal fever in the afternoon or evening accompanied by night sweating and a red tongue with little moisture indicates deficiency of yin; afternoon fever with constipation and fullness and pain in the abdomen suggests excess heat of the meridian.
Chills without fever; the subjective feeling of chills without fever indicates interior cold syndrome of deficiency type. The patient may also have chilled appearance, cold limbs and a deep, slow and weak pulse.
As SuJok acupuncture aids in strengthening the immune system and serves to prevent diseases, control pain and increase both the ability to function and the quality of peoples lives, simultaneously improve the body’s immune function. The system is quite effective in controlling fever and chills. One can get the positive effective results that too in initial one or two applications.

LIVER

LIVER
The liver function is to promote the free flow of vital energy, dominates the tendons and open into the eye.  Liver’s vital energy stagnation and emotions – according to energy concept of Onnuri Medicine, emotional disorders may be associated with a number of different patterns of disharmony; however, anger, irritability, and frustration are all signs that the energy is not flowing smoothly, properly. The liver is responsible for the smooth flow of energy (life force) throughout the body and for smoothing our emotions too. When the liver’s function of moving energy considered to be as wind and with new research it is considered to be as coldness is disrupted, can become stuck, referred as liver energy stagnation. Stagnation is one of the most common patterns of disharmony observed in patients. In addition to irritability and moodiness, changes of the liver mainly manifest themselves in dysfunctions of the liver in storing blood and in promoting the free flow of energy, and in disorders of the tendons.
Signs and symptoms may include ;
 – Distending pain in the area below the ribs
 – Pain or discomfort anywhere along the sides of the body
 – Stuffiness of the chest
 – Distending or wandering pain in coastal and hypochondriac regions, in prolonged cases pricking pain or palpable mass may be present
 – Sighing
 – Abdominal distention and discomfort
 – Stomachache that improves after massage or Stomachache that worsens with anger
 – Nausea
 – Sour regurgitation
 – Belching
 – Diarrhea or constipation
 – Feeling of a lump in the throat or possibly a foreign body sensation in the throat
 – Irregular woman’s cycle, painful periods and distention of the breasts prior to periods
 – Liver qi stagnation is commonly associated with PMS.
 – Depression. Mood swings. Sighing. Hiccups. Frustration. Inappropriate anger. Sensation of a lump in throat. Difficulty swallowing.
 – Bitter taste in mouth
 – Poor appetite
 – Churning sensation in stomach.
The tongue may be purplish dark in color or there are purplish spots on the tongue.
Move Livers vital energy! The liver is responsible for the smooth flowing of energy (life force) throughout the body. When the liver functions smoothly, physical and  emotional activity throughout the body also runs smoothly. So, for optimum health, move your energy!
Stretch – The liver controls the tendons, it stores blood during periods of rest and then releases it to the tendons in times of activity, maintaining tendon health and flexibility. Incorporate a morning stretch into your routine. Try yoga or tai chi.
Eye Exercises – The liver opens into the eyes. Although all the organs have some connection to the health of the eyes, the liver is connected to proper eye function. Remember to take breaks when looking at a computer monitor for extended periods of time and do eye exercises.
Eat Green – Green is the color of the liver. Eating young plants – fresh, leafy greens, sprouts, and immature cereal grasses – can improve the liver’s overall functions and aid in the movement of energy.
Try Something Sour – Foods and drinks with sour tastes are thought to stimulate the liver’s vital energy. Put lemon slices in your drinking water, use vinegar and olive oil for your salad dressing and garnish your sandwich with a slice of dill pickle.
Do More Outdoor Activities – Outside air helps liver qi flow. If you have been feeling irritable, find an outdoor activity to smooth out that liver energy stagnation. Try hiking or take up golf.
Enjoy Milk Thistle Tea – Milk thistle helps protect liver cells from incoming toxins and encourages the liver to cleanse itself of damaging substances, such as alcohol, medications, pesticides, environmental toxins, and even heavy metals such as mercury.
The syndrome is often due to mental irritation which impairs the function of the liver in promoting the free flow of qi and results in stagnation of the liver energy, leading to retardation of the energy circulation thus presenting mental depression, irritability, distending pain in the coastal and hypochondriac regions, breasts, stuffiness in the chest and sighing. Transverse invasion of the spleen and stomach by the liver energy produces epigastric and abdominal distension and pain, poor appetite, belching.  Retardation of the energy circulation allows damp to collect and phlegm may be formed; the phlegm and energy may accumulate in the throat. Affected by the dysfunction of energy, the circulation of both energy and blood is retarded and disharmony of the conception vessel meridians may result. This can cause irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea.  Long standing obstruction of the liver energy, leading to stagnation of energy and blood, may elicit palpable masses, accompanied by pricking pain in the coastal and hypochondriac regions, a purple tongue or a tongue with purplish spots and a string taunt pulse.
The blood circulation relies upon the propelling function of energy. Although the heart and lung play the main role in the circulation of energy and blood, the function of the liver in maintaining the free flow of energy is also needed to prevent stagnation’s of energy and blood. The liver stores blood and its meridian ascends to connect with the eyes. The liver energy is in communication with the eyes. Whether the liver function is normal or not often reflects on the eye. Deficiency of the yin and blood of of the liver may lead to dryness of the eyes, blurred vision or even night blindness. Wind heat in the liver meridian may give rise to redness, swelling and pain in the eyes.
AS, SuJok is a component of Onnuri Medicine, and involves inserting of very thin, fine, metal needles into the specific ‘correspondence points’ or ‘triorigin joints’ or meridians located on the miniature form of hands or foot, connecting the surface of the body energetically with the internal organs. The theory is that inserting the needles stimulates these ‘energy points’ and unblocks the natural flow of light energy (qi or chi) through meridians, six ki or eight ki. Blocked qi is thought to cause disease. Unblocking qi allows  body to heal itself.  Scientific evidence=One theory suggests the needling encourages the release of endorphins natural pain killers produced by the brain) and sets off an inflammatory response that allows the body to heal itself. Another theory is that acupuncture has a powerful effect on the mind, which may also help to activate the body’s pain-relieving mechanisms.  The remission of the disease of LIVER can be achieved and medicamentous therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether.  The course of treatment is defenietly uneventful.  It [acupuncture] provides maximum benefits without the dangerous side effects associated with many of the approaches of conventional medicine. Try effectiveness results with smile.

PAIN

PAIN
An unpleasant localised sensation that can range from mild discomfort to agony. Pain results from stimulation of special sensory nerve receptors in the skin or within the body by tissue injury or disease, or by stretching or spasm of muscle. The sensation of pain has the important role of drawing attention to the fact that something is wrong, forcing the sufferer to look for and correct the cause. Usually the site nature and intensity of pain give an indication of its cause and importance. The perception of pain varies both between individuals and in the same person at different times. Referred pain is felt in areas other than the damaged part of the body , for example in the arm during a heart attack. Phantom pain feels as if it comes from a limb or part that has been amputated because that  is the way the brain interprets impulses from nerves in the stump.
Acupuncture for Pain – Physical pain is a common occurrence for many.  People use acupuncture for various types of pain. Back pain is the most commonly reported use, followed by joint pain, neck pain, and headache. Acupuncture is being studied for its efficacy in alleviating many kinds of pain. There are promising findings in some conditions, such as chronic low-back pain and osteoarthritis of the knee.
Pain is a feeling triggered in the nervous system. It may be sharp or dull, off-and-on or steady, localized (such as back pain) or all over (such as muscle aches from the flu). Sometimes, pain alerts us to injuries and illnesses that need attention. Although pain usually goes away once the underlying problem is addressed, it can last for weeks, months, or even years. Chronic pain may be due to an ongoing condition (such as arthritis) or to abnormal activity in pain-sensing regions of the brain, or the cause may not be known.  Acupuncture practitioners stimulate specific points on the body—most often by inserting thin needles through the skin. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, this regulates the flow of qi (vital energy) along pathways known as meridians. But in SUJOK acupuncture stimulation or micro needling is only on the miniature form of hands or feets.
A analysis of acupuncture data found that pain or musculoskeletal complaints accounted top. Back pain was the most common, followed by joint pain, neck pain, severe headache/migraine, and recurring pain.  Acupuncture has been studied for a wide range of pain conditions, such as postoperative dental pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, headache, low-back pain, menstrual cramps, myofascial pain, osteoarthritis, and tennis elbow. Overall, it can be very effective in controlling the pain syndrome.
Acupuncture has also been studied for a variety of other pain conditions, including arm and shoulder pain, pregnancy-related pelvic and back pain, and temporomandibular joint (jaw) dysfunction.
PAIN may be specified as;
Neuropathic: Pain caused by damage to or malfunction of the nerves themselves. The peripheral nerve system includes all the nerves that lead to and from the spinal cord. These nerves transmit pain signals to the brain. If they are injured, neuropathic pain may develop — pain caused by injury to the nerves themselves. The other term peripheral neuropathy, which is another way to say neuropathic pain since it is damage to the peripheral nerve system. Damage to the central nervous system can also trigger neuropathic pain. Chronic neuropathic pain can be especially challenging to treat because it can be difficult to pinpoint where and how the nerves are damaged.
Nociceptive: Nociceptors are the receptors in the nervous system that get activated when there’s an injury. If there isn’t an injury from outside the nervous system, the nociceptors aren’t active. Nociceptive pain, then, is pain caused by an injury to something other than the nerves. In chronic pain, though, the nociceptors may still be sending pain messages long after the original injury has healed. The various types of chronic nociceptive pain are:
somatic – Soma means “body,” so somatic pain comes from injuries to the outer body—skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, bones, etc. It’s generally easy to identify where somatic pain comes from, and the pain can be sharp or throbbing (depends on what part of body is injured).
Bone pain is a somatic pain. Bones can ache. If the bones have been weakened by another condition, such as cancer or osteoporosis, then you can have a very achy and very intense dull pain. Bone pain can also be acute: if break in a bone, for example, that is acute pain. If the bone heals but still have a throbbing pain (it may be constant or it may come and go), that can be considered chronic bone pain. Muscle pain is a somatic pain. Chronic muscle pain is more than a strained muscle, means muscles may have a chronic muscle spasm that causes them to be tense. This form of muscle overload can cause long-lasting pain, especially in the back. Muscle pain can also develop as part of certain chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia.
visceral – viscera are internal organs—specifically those contained in abdomen and chest cavity. The stomach is an example of a visceral organ. Not every organ has nociceptors, so not every internal organ can send pain messages if it’s been injured (the lungs, for example, don’t have nociceptors).
However, if an injure to organ that has nociceptors, you will probably feel a deep, achy pain, and it will be hard to pinpoint where the pain is coming from. Visceral pain can also have referred pain. That means that the brain can’t distinguish the pain from the organ from pain from another part of body. For example, if having kidney problem, then low back may be painful.
Figuring out, chronic pain may be a difficult process, especially since many types of chronic pain may not come from any noticeable injury or disease. Also, since pain is such a subjective experience.
Chronic pain falls into a couple of broad categories such as : neuropathic pain: Pain caused by damage to or malfunction of the nerves themselves. nociceptive pain: Nociceptors are the receptors in the nervous system that get activated when there’s an injury. If there isn’t an injury from outside the nervous system, the nociceptors aren’t active. Nociceptive pain, then, is pain caused by an injury to something other than the nerves. In chronic pain, though, the nociceptors may still be sending pain messages long after the original injury has healed.
Pain is a very subjective experience, though, so we can’t say something as categorical as “All chronic pain patients will feel this way.” It is possible to say that chronic pain takes on many forms. It can be: throbbing, aching, shooting, electric, burning, sharp, feeling stiff, feeling tight, feeling sore. It can lead to other problems, especially social and emotional ones. Chronic pain may: lead to sleeplessness, drain you of energy, lead to depression, make you not want to do activities you typically enjoy, weaken your immune system because so much of your body’s energy is spent dealing with the pain.  A lot of these other problems build off each other, so you may hear the phrase “vicious cycle” when talking about chronic pain. For example: The pain makes it difficult to sleep at night, so you’re excessively tired the next day. You don’t want to go to work—or do anything else—because you’re so tired. Because you aren’t as active, you lose self-esteem and start to withdraw even more from your social life.  A cycle like that doesn’t have to control your life, though.
Other common chronic back pain causes are :
Trauma or injury.
Poor posture.
Obesity – excess weight puts excess pressure and stress on the spine and can wear out faster or simply not work as well, perhaps leading to chronic pain.
Aging – various parts of the spinal anatomy and other joints can wear out over time (a process called degeneration, there’s no guarantee that an aging spine will be painful, though: it all depends on how the degeneration process affects it.
Nerve damage,an example, a spinal nerve root can be pinched by a herniated disc, causing pain. Even after treating the herniated disc, the pain may persist because of nerve damage. Nerves can be injured by arachnoid’s (inflammation of a tissue that protects the nerve roots),
Arthritis (again, the inflammation can compress the nerve), and
diabetes, cancer, lyme disease, an infection, and more. Nerves can have trouble relaying the appropriate message if they’ve been damaged.
SuJok acupuncture is a new stage in the development of Oriental medicine. Highly effective for treatment, easy and accessible to learn, simple to apply, Su Jok methods have attracted much attention to and interest in this system all the phases of world.  One of the important features of this system- That is, the fast-coming effect of the method. SuJok therapy extremely quickly arrests pain syndromes of various etiology. Moreover, there has been gathered a considerable bulk of observations that the SuJok method quickly copes with critical states – shocks, preinfarctions, preinsults. Under such extreme conditions, needling was not always used. It was enough to massage correspondence points for a victim to become conscious or to remove intolerable pain.  Since the Su Jok method has a fast effect, the rate of pain-killing was studied during the treatment session. Within different time periods since the beginning of the session, the patient assessed the percentage of decrease of his pain sensations as compared with the initial state which was accepted as 100%.  A fast and effective removal of the pain syndrome makes the treatment period shorter and the patients cure quicker.
The course of treatment is definitely uneventful. ONE MUST OPT for it, as there is no side effect at all and care & cure effect is on miniature form of hands.

ABDOMINAL PAIN

ABDOMINAL PAIN
The upper part of the abdomen contains all the important organs of digestion and excretion-the stomach, intestines, liver and gall bladder, pancreas, kidneys and ureters – as well as the spleen and the adrenal glands.  The lower abdomen – pelvis contains the internal organs of reproduction – the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus in women and the seminal vesicles and prostate in men and the bladder.
Abdominal pain may result from disorders in any of these organs or the lymph glands that drain them, in the tissues that surround them, or in tissues of the abdominal wall.  Much less commonly, pain may be referred to the abdomen from other parts of the body, such as the chest organs or the spinal cord.
CAUSES :  Disorders of the stomach and intestines are among the causes of abdominal pain. They include, PEPTIC ULCER DISEASE, GASTROINTERITIS, APPENDICITIS, COLITIS, DIVERTICULAR DISEASE, DYSPEPSIA, and bowel obstruction or perforation.
Disorders of the digestive glands may be responsible, among them HEPATITIS, CHOLECYSTITIS, GALLSTONES and PANCREATITIS. Digestive system pain may be felt in the upper, middle or lower abdomen, is often spasmodic and may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea.
Urinary tract disorders, including NEPHRITIS, PYELONEPHRITIS, URINARY STONES AND CYSTITIS, are possible causes.  Kidney pain is often also felt in the small of the back, and bladder disorders cause pain in the lower abdomen or genitals.
Disorders of the reproductive system can also cause abdominal pain. In women the commonest causes are DYSMENORRHOEA; disorders of early pregnancy, such as miscarriage; ECTOPIC PREGNANCY, SALPINGITIS or other pelvic infections and ENDOMETRIOSIS, OVARIAN CYSTS and ovulation pain. These conditions usually cause lower abdominal or lower back pain and may be accompanied by abnormal bleeding or discharge from the vagina. In men the commonest cause is inflammation of the prostate gland.
The severity, speed and circumstances of onset, together with the site and the accompanying symptoms will usually indicate whether the cause of abdominal pain is minor or serious.
One should consult a doctor if the pain
• is sudden and severe
• follows a blow or injury to the abdomen or back
• remains severe or gets worse over two hours
• is associated with vomiting especially of blood, fever or fainting
• occurs in a woman who is or may be pregnant, especially if it is accompanied by dizziness, fainting and or any abnormal bleeding from the vagina
• the pain is bad enough to interfere with sleep or normal daily activities
• bouts of pain are recurrent
• there have been previous attacks of similar pain due to peptic ulcer disease, gallstones, kidney stones or suspected appendicitis
• pain is persistent, even if not severe, in a child under 6 or an elderly person.
The causes of abdominal pain may be suspected from the patients description of its onset, nature, site, and other symptoms and signs. Investigations including blood tests, X-rays and ultrasound may be needed to confirm a tentative diagnosis.
Usually, GALL BLADDER pain is felt under the right ribs and may be constant or spasmodic.
PEPTIC ULCER DISEASE causes pain behind the lower end of breastbone.
APPENDICITIS pain starts around the navel and later settles in the lower right abdomen.
Pancreatic pain is felt deep in the upper abdomen.
Kidney pain is felt in the small of the back.
Pain from the uterus, tubes and ovaries is felt deep in the lower abdomen and pelvis, and may spread to the lower back or the inner side of the thighs.
A blocked ureter may cause spasmodic pain that spreads to the genitals or groin.

COLON CLEANSING

COLON CLEANSING
One should understand that the treatment concept is only on the palm!
Colon cleansing is a procedure to detoxify the body, cleansing parasites, preventing toxicity. One may get rid of the harmful toxins in body and regain bowel  movements to normal in a effective, easy and simple way through SuJok Acupuncture. The main purpose of the colon is to help in the absorption of essential nutrients and facilitate the elimination of waste matter from the body.  However, when it does not function properly due to blocked waste matter in the colon, the harmful toxins cannot exit the body but get circulated back into the system. This may lead to other health problems such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, chronic fatigue, acid reflux(GERD), gas, mucus, and even skin, hair problems and other toxins – the very feeling that leads to consider colon cleansing, is poor diet. Without proper nutrients, natural whole foods, and plenty of fiber and water, the digestive tract does not function so well. The only way to prevent the harmful toxins from re-entering the body from the bowel is to ensure that the colon remains clean and can function properly. This can be done with introducing good bacteria into digestive system, which may improve the micro flora of the intestines. The basic principle of good digestive is that to put food in and within 24 hours that food should come out as waste.
One must increase intake of water to keep the system properly, and do a colon cleansing at least once a year.  It enhances the vitality and health. Its condition keeps on degrading as getting older.
ONE may try the following to improve your colon health;
•Increase the servings of vegetables and fruits each day.  Add fresh or frozen blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries to your morning cereal. Snack on vegetables dipped in hummus, or fruit plus a handful of nuts.  Eating a variety of foods that cleanse colon in a effective way.  It prevents not just colon problems but a whole host of problems that can be traced back to a dirty and malfunctioning colon.
A word of warning: green peas, beets, broccoli, carrots, parsnips, turnips and winter squash are prime culprits for causing gas.
•Make all your grains whole grains. Don’t be fooled by color – just because bread is brown, does not mean it’s whole grain. Look for the word  ‘enriched’ in the ingredient list. If you see this word, it’s not whole grain.
•Focus on adding non-bread sources of whole grains to your diet, too, such as brown rice, barley, quinoa, oats, millet, rye, spelt, buckwheat, amaranth, or other new-to-you foods.
•Try “flipping” the food pyramid. You may be familiar with the food pyramid, which shows grains as the foundation. Instead, make fruits and vegetables the foundation of your diet, followed by grains, then protein foods. Make sweets just an occasional treat.
•Flax-i-fy your diet. Ground flax seeds are one of the best ways to improve laxation. It help move stool out of your system. Try ground flax sprinkled on your cereal, salads, oatmeal, or yogurt. This is one of the single most effective ways to improve your body’s ability to eliminate waste.
•Drink more water. Water, plain and simple, will make everything in your body function better, including your digestion and elimination. Don’t worry about the old advice — eight, 8-ounce glasses a day. Instead, use the color of your urine as a guide. If it’s pale yellow or straw-colored, you’re getting enough water. If it’s any darker than this, drink up! If kidney disease, consult with your doctor before increase water intake.
•Juices-made from the fruits and vegetables have excellent colon-cleansing properties. As well as fiber, they contain cleansing salts and enzymes while the water content of juices helps flush out toxins and accumulated waste from the colon.  ‘Juice fasts’ are a popular homemade colon cleanse option but can affect the glycaemic response (insulin levels). If diabetic, consult with your doctor before a juice fast.
If one make just a few of these changes, the colon, and the body, will thank you..
 If one;
Want to lose weight, without any additional exercise or significant diet change?
 Constipated?
Constipation causing feces to contain blood?
 Wants to boost body’s metabolism?
Stomach a safe haven for parasites and worms?
Excretion system still depending on harmful toxins and chemicals?
Scared of side-effects that might encounter?
 Constant fatigue?
But More Importantly… Are You Concerned About Trying An  Alternative Cure? No side-effects!
As it is done through the energy concept of Acupuncture SuJok, that too only on the palm! Undoubtedly, it works Total effectiveness.

CONSTIPATION

CONSTIPATION
Means do not have regular bowel movements, and may have pain or tenderness over the colon. There may be suffer from headaches and backache.  Constipation can be caused by weakness of the bowel muscles or by strong, irregular contractions of these muscles.  It may also occur when anyone uses laxatives too frequently or does not eat enough of certain kinds of foods, especially those that contain fibre.  In addition, constipation may accompany an illness that affects tissues or nerves of the bowel, such as the growth of a tumour that partially blocks the intestines.
When constipation results from a faulty diet, the constipated person should eat more green vegetables, fruit, whole grain bread and cereals, and other foods with fibre.  The person should  also  intake, drink ample quantities of water, to improve the condition of constipation.  Constipation may be a symptom of a serious disease.  If it persists, or is accompanied by rectal bleeding, it should be investigated.
ACUPUNCTURE ONNURI, energy concept ‘constipation’ is mainly caused by disturbed transmitting function of the large intestine and also related to the function of the spleen, stomach and kidney. To overcome the problem one must opt for acupuncture.
If looking for positive results that too within three applications of acupuncture, one must opt for this. Simultaneously, constipated person may draw with permanent marker BLACK color pen on palm particularly on left palm, as mentioned in the pix and should rub to the direction of arrows. It is too effective, according to color acupuncture.

The beauty of acupuncture is that each treatment is catered to the needs of the individual patient. Acupuncture energy concept will be chosen for overall well being with the objective of increasing circulation of the blood and Qi. High effect – on pricking 1mm small micro tiny needles on hand to adjust the energy system of body or with small magnets similar to pulse size to put on fingers only, exceptionally effective concept!

FECES – loose

FECES – loose
When there is almost no digestion occurs in the organ large intestine.  The large intestine stores waste food products and absorbs water and small amounts of minerals.  The waste materials that accumulate in the large intestine are roughage that cannot be digested in the body.  Bacterial action produces the final waste product, the feces, which are eliminated from the body.
When the food is completely digested, it is absorbed by tiny blood and lymph vessels in the walls of the small intestine.  It is then carried into the circulation for nourishment of the body.  Food particles are small enough to pass through the walls of the intestine and blood vessels only when they are completely digested.
The conditions of having too many and too loose movements of the bowels, feces can be controlled through COLOR ACUPUNCTURE concepts of SUJOK<ONNURI> medicine therapy, an alternative system of treatment.
If a person is having problem of loose stool, one should mark with black color marker pen according to highlighted in the picture either on hands or feet or on both the hand & feet, and besides this, can also be massaged or rubbed towards the direction of the arrow. Though it is one such treatment, which is effective at all the levels. High effect ; when applied properly, an evident effect is often felt sometimes unbelievably so quickly.  One can overcome this problem.
It has been highlighted for the benefits of mankind, human being. If any body requires more details may ask. Though, no medicine is recommended, hence no side effect, if applied properly.
You may send your feedback accordingly. THOUGH, the information here is provided for educational and informational purposes but effective. In no way one should it be considered as offering medical advice, but a remedy is of natural one.
