DIZZINESS

DIZZINESS
 A sensation of light-headedness and unsteadiness, is often caused by a decrease in blood supply to the brain, while vertigo is caused by disturbances in the inner ear and the balance centers of the brain. It is necessary to understand the specific symptoms a patient is experiencing in order to make the correct approach;
Common causes of dizziness –
Low blood pressure – Dizziness, light headedness, and the feeling of passing out is a common complaints who have low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
•sweating,
•nausea and vomiting,
•shortness of breath, and
•chest pain.
 •anemia (decreased red blood cell count)
•bleeding
•dehydration (loss of water in the body) often occurs with infections that cause vomiting and diarrhea.
Most attacks of dizziness are brief and harmless and are caused by a momentary reduction of the blood supply to the brian,such as may occur when getting up suddenly after sitting or lying down. However, dizziness may be a symptom of ear or brain disorders, cardiovascular disease, anaemia or Hypo or Hyper – glycemic or it may be a side effect of certain drugs – especially those used to treat high blood pressure.
•endocrine disease.
•addison’s disease: it occurs when the adrenal glands do not produce enough cortisol to meet the needs of the body, it’s a naturally occurring steroid produced by the body and is part of the stress response (fight or flight). If cortisol levels are low, a patient may experience weakness, fatigue, dizziness, light-headedness, low blood sugar, and low blood pressure.
Vertigo – Vertigo is often described as feeling dizzy, or a sensation of spinning. The patient may specifically mention that the room seems to be spinning around them. Sometimes the complaint is loss of balance or loss of equilibrium. This often occurs because of irritation in the inner ear (the part of the ear that involves balance, not hearing).
 The inner ear has two parts that help the body determine its position in space relative to gravity; 1) the semicircular canals and, 2) the vestibule.
 There are three semicircular canals that are aligned at right angles to each other. These canals are filled with fluid and are lined with a nerve-filled, crystal-encrusted membrane that transmits information to the cerebellum (the part of the brain that controls balance and coordination). The cerebellum collects information from visual stimuli and the nerve endings in muscles associated with proprioception (the perception of movement), to assist the brain in assessing where the body is in relationship to gravity and its surroundings.
Normally, when the head moves, fluid in the semicircular canals shift, and that information is relayed to the brain. When the head stops moving, the fluid stops as well, and that information is relayed to the brain.
In some cases there may be a short delay in the transmission of this information to the brain. For example, when a person rides on go-round or spins quickly around in circles, the fluid in the canals develop momentum and even though the body stops spinning, the fluid in the semicircular canals may continue to move. This causes vertigo, or a sensation of spinning, and may cause the person to fall or stumble. It also may be associated with vomiting.
•Acoustic neuroma: This is a benign tumor of the ear that can present with vertigo.
•Vertigo is the sensation of spinning and may present without warning and be associated with nausea and vomiting. Patients with inner ear problems may be unable to move without generating symptoms.
The mild case can be relieved by closing one’s eyes, while the serious case has an illusion of bodily movement with rotatory sensation like sitting in a sailing boat or moving car, and even accompanied by nausea, vomiting and sweating.
Pathogenesis ;
Hyperactivity of the liver ;
The liver is analogize as wind and wood, characterized by movement and ascending. Over contemplation, anxiety, depression or anger can damage the liver yin, resulting in hyperactivity of liver yang. Dizziness occurs in case the liver yang moves as the wind and ascends to attack the brain. Or the kidney water, generally in deficiency, fails to nourish the liver. Dizziness occurs in case the liver is lack of nourishment, which leads to hyperactivity of liver yang. In both situations there is deficiency in the lower but excess in the upper part of the body.
Main manifestations : Dizziness aggravated by anger, irritability, flushed face, red eyes, tinnitus, bitter taste in the mouth, dream-disturbed sleep, red tongue proper with yellow coating, string taut, rapid pulse.
Analysis : Anger damages the liver yin causing hyperactivity of the liver yang which transforms into fire. When the fire flares up, flushed face, red eyes and irritability appear. The spirit stored in the liver is upset by disorders of the liver, then dream disturbed sleep occurs. The red tongue proper with yellow coating, bitter taste in the mouth, string-taut, rapid pulse are the signs of yin deficiency resulting in fire hyperactivity.
Deficiency of blood ;
the heart and spleen are damaged by overwork and over contemplation in case of a weak constitution after a disease. The damaged spleen fails to produce qi and blood, leading to deficiency. In case the brain in poorly nourished by blood, dizziness occurs.
Main manifestations : dizziness accompanied by pallor and lustreless complexion, weakness, palpitation, insomnia, pale lips and nails, lassitude, pale tongue proper, thready and weak pulse. Dizziness occurs mostly after a serious disease or loss of blood and is aggravated by overwork. Loss of consciousness happens in sever cases.
Analysis : Dizziness is inevitable because deficiency of qi and blood fails to nourish the brain. The heart dominates the blood and is manifested in the complexion. The spleen dominates the transportation and transformation to manufacturer qi and blood. If the heart and spleen are injured, the blood will be insufficient, thereby the complexion is lustreless and the lips and the nails are pale. Deficiency of blood leads to palpitation and insomnia. Deficiency of qi gives rise to weakness, lassitude, anorexia and is aggravated by overwork. Pale tongue and thready, weak pulse are the signs of deficiency of blood.
Interior retention of phlegm dampness ;
In a person with generally abundant phlegm dampness, irregular food intake and overwork damage the stomach and the spleen, impairing their function in transportation and transformation and leading to production of dampness and phlegm. Then the stagnant phlegm and qi may impede the ascending clear yang and the descending of the turbid yin, and thus dizziness occurs.
Main manifestations : Dizziness with a heavy feeling of the head and suffocating sensation in the chest, nausea, profuse, sputum, anorexia, somnolence, white, sticky tongue coating, soft, rolling pulse.
Analysis : Dizziness with a heavy feeling of the head is the sign of the pure yang disturbed by phlegm dampness. Suffocating sensation in the chest and nausea are caused by qi obstructed in the middle jiao. anorexia and somnolence are due to the spleen yang deficiency. White sticky tongue coating soft and soiling pulse are the signs of phlegm dampness.
SuJok therapy stands as a highly efficient method of non medicamentous treatment of dizziness patients. The SuJok therapy approach has the capacity to remedy health disorders at a variety of levels, including emotional, mental, at the somatic (intersystemic) level, the afflicted system and cellular levels. SuJok therapy will emerge useful both as a tactical therapeutic modality in order to relieve an exacerbated condition, and as a strategic treatment aimed at dealing with first-order factors of the dizziness pathogenesis.
SuJok therapy has proved to be in tune with the therapeutic methods advised by the International Su Jok acupuncture by the points corresponding to the ear, and also by Six ki energy therapy.

TINNITUS

TINNITUS
 Tinnitus is characterised by continual noise or ringing, buzzing, crackling, clicking,  roaring, whistling or hissing sound heard inside one or both ears. Sufferers of tinnitus can experience a wide variety of noise, the severity of which ranges from minor annoyance to debilitating pain. In some cases, it signals problem, such as an ear injury, loss of hearing, or blood vessel disorder. The excess type is caused by fury or fright with upward rush of wind fire of the liver and gall bladder that obstructs the qi circulation in the meridian or caused by invasion of pathogenic wind blocking the orifice. The deficiency type is due to deficiency of the kidney qi and failure of essential qi to ascend to the ear.
Causes;
Tinnitus is sometimes caused by exposure to loud noises. It can also occur as a side effect to certain medications(including some antibiotics, cancer drugs, and diuretics or as the result of earwax blockage.
In other cases, tinnitus results from an underlying condition, such as: •age-related hearing loss •allergies •low or high blood pressure(blood circulation problems) •disorders of the circulatory system •Meniere’s disease (an inner-ear disorder) •acoustic neuroma (a noncancerous tumor on the cranial nerve) •a tumor •diabetes •thyroid problems •injury to the head or neck, as well as a variety of medications including anti-inflammatory medicines, antibiotics, sedatives, antidepressants, and aspirin, colds and flu, noisy environments, allergy flare-ups can increase the intensity of tinnitus noise. Other tinnitus irritants include high salt intake, sugar, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, various medications, tobacco, and caffeine.
Excess Type;
Main manifestations: Sudden deafness, distension sensation and constant ringing in the ear that can not be eliminated by pressing. In the case of upward perversion of pathogenic wind fire of the liver and gall bladder, there are flushed face, dry mouth, irritability and hot temper, forceful and string taut pulse. In the case of invasion by exogenous pathogenic wind, there appear headache and superficial pulse.
Analysis: The pathogenic fire of the liver and gall bladder that flames up along the related meridians results in deafness, tinnitus, headache, flushed face, bitter taste in the mouth and dryness of the throat. Hyper function of the liver causes hot temper and irritability is brought about the pathogenic heat disturbing the mind. Forceful and string taut pulse indicates the excess condition of the liver and gall bladder. When the pathogenic wind attacks the exterior of the body and obstructs the orifices, deafness, tinnitus and headache occur. Superficial pulse is a sign of invasion of the exogenous pathogenic wind.
Deficiency Type;
Main manifestation: Protracted deafness, intermittent tinnitus aggravated by strain and eliminated by pressing, dizziness, soreness and aching of the lower back, seminal emission, excessive leukorrhea, thready and weak pulse.
Analysis: Hypo function of the kidney makes essential qi fail to ascend and fill up the orifices, so there are deafness, tinnitus and dizziness. The loin is the house of the kidney, so hypo function of the kidney causes soreness and aching of the lower back. Deficiency of the kidney qi with impaired restraining function or deficiency of yin with flaming up of the asthenic fire that stimulates the seminal organs causes emission. Since the kidney loses its function of restricting the meridian. Thready and weak pulse are signs of deficiency condition.
Treatment for Tinnitus – It may be quite difficult to eliminate the noise completely according to western medicine. Strategies that may relieve symptoms include: •use of noise-suppressing devices (such as white noise machines)
 •earwax removal
 •avoiding irritants (including loud noises and nicotine).  If tinnitus occurs suddenly and/or is accompanied by hearing loss or dizziness, consult as quickly as possible.
Each sufferer of tinnitus has a personal experience with the condition. What brings relief for one person may not work for another.
According to Encyclopedia of Natural Remedies, deficiencies in magnesium and potassium have been linked with tinnitus.
BUT, with the energy concept of SuJok ACUPUNCTURE, one may overcome the tinnitus problem. SuJok Therapy – Unique and unparalleled in the world, with no drugs,  authored by Prof.Park Jae Woo from Seoul. Method in Russia licensed, approved and endorsed by the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health of Russia. In 2001, the Ministry of Health of Russia were published guidance on the application Onnuri Su-Jok therapy in clinical practice, physicians of all specialties. EYE – SuJok

EyeEYE-SUJOK
• Blurry, Conjunctivitis, Heaviness,   Vision improvement, Inflamed, Lacrimation of the eyes, Itchy and aching, Myopia or short sighted etc
Sense organs are considered to be of ‘Hetero’ electron nature according to the energy concept of SuJok, because catching outside the information is EYE. Eyes correspondence point stimulation with orange color gives good results, left eye with – anticlockwise stimulation and right eye with – clockwise stimulation on the projected point in miniature form of hands or feet. Besides, the liver meridian is also responsible for any problems in the eyes. One has to tackle liver too for better results.
What you need is to have diagnostic probes and stimulate the correspondence point.
Diagnostic probes
In the Homo-system of the body, a therapeutic correspondence point (or treatment reflected point) will be notable for a keen tenderness following a mechanical pressure. It is this phenomenon which is taken into consideration while conducting diagnosis or therapy.
The treatment point will be located by applying a uniform pressure at the correspondence area. Painful sensation caused by a diagnostic stick hitting the treatment point would be often associated with spontaneous mobile response of the muscles of the body part under investigation.
The size of the head of a diagnostic stick used in search for, and stimulation of, the treatment point should coincide with the area occupied by the correspondence area in the selected therapeutic system. The ribbed side surface of the stick serves to provide massage for the hands and feet, as well as for secure retention of an instrument by the doctor.
This diagnostic probe is used to locate and stimulate treatment points to be found in the correspondence systems of the head, trunk and limbs. The size of the heads of this diagnostic probe is such that it can ensure the most effective stimulation of the correspondence points.
A diagnostic probe is used to locate and massage curative points in the correspondence systems of hands, feet, and limbs. Its corrugated side surface allows to employ this model as a probe-massager for massaging flat surfaces of hands, feet and limbs.
Artificial stimulators
Metal stars
– prolonged-action stimulators of correspondence points.
Marked tenderness appearing even when slightly pressing on a metal star will point to correct application of the latter. Having fixed the star in the tender point with an adhesive plaster, the patient presses on it periodically by himself, making local massage. The nature of illness determines the duration of the application. It can vary from several hours to several days. Various sizes of metal stars allow to enhance the effect of their action in working with correspondence systems of various sizes.
A star can be used considering the colour of the metal. A white-metal star is used mainly in acute pathologies, while a yellow-metal star will be more effective in chronic diseases.
In any case one may get positive effective results. If one does not get any results in initial few minutes, should consult, take medical professional advice.  The information provided through the blog is only for general interest and should not be misconstrued as a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment recommendation. This information does not in any way constitute the practice of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, medicine, or any other health care profession. Readers are directed to consult their health care provider regarding their specific health situation. It is a natural, drugless way of treatment, one may opt for it, even for better or improved vision, should go for it.

PAIN

PAIN
An unpleasant localised sensation that can range from mild discomfort to agony. Pain results from stimulation of special sensory nerve receptors in the skin or within the body by tissue injury or disease, or by stretching or spasm of muscle. The sensation of pain has the important role of drawing attention to the fact that something is wrong, forcing the sufferer to look for and correct the cause. Usually the site nature and intensity of pain give an indication of its cause and importance. The perception of pain varies both between individuals and in the same person at different times. Referred pain is felt in areas other than the damaged part of the body , for example in the arm during a heart attack. Phantom pain feels as if it comes from a limb or part that has been amputated because that  is the way the brain interprets impulses from nerves in the stump.
Acupuncture for Pain – Physical pain is a common occurrence for many.  People use acupuncture for various types of pain. Back pain is the most commonly reported use, followed by joint pain, neck pain, and headache. Acupuncture is being studied for its efficacy in alleviating many kinds of pain. There are promising findings in some conditions, such as chronic low-back pain and osteoarthritis of the knee.
Pain is a feeling triggered in the nervous system. It may be sharp or dull, off-and-on or steady, localized (such as back pain) or all over (such as muscle aches from the flu). Sometimes, pain alerts us to injuries and illnesses that need attention. Although pain usually goes away once the underlying problem is addressed, it can last for weeks, months, or even years. Chronic pain may be due to an ongoing condition (such as arthritis) or to abnormal activity in pain-sensing regions of the brain, or the cause may not be known.  Acupuncture practitioners stimulate specific points on the body—most often by inserting thin needles through the skin. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, this regulates the flow of qi (vital energy) along pathways known as meridians. But in SUJOK acupuncture stimulation or micro needling is only on the miniature form of hands or feets.
A analysis of acupuncture data found that pain or musculoskeletal complaints accounted top. Back pain was the most common, followed by joint pain, neck pain, severe headache/migraine, and recurring pain.  Acupuncture has been studied for a wide range of pain conditions, such as postoperative dental pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, headache, low-back pain, menstrual cramps, myofascial pain, osteoarthritis, and tennis elbow. Overall, it can be very effective in controlling the pain syndrome.
Acupuncture has also been studied for a variety of other pain conditions, including arm and shoulder pain, pregnancy-related pelvic and back pain, and temporomandibular joint (jaw) dysfunction.
PAIN may be specified as;
Neuropathic: Pain caused by damage to or malfunction of the nerves themselves. The peripheral nerve system includes all the nerves that lead to and from the spinal cord. These nerves transmit pain signals to the brain. If they are injured, neuropathic pain may develop — pain caused by injury to the nerves themselves. The other term peripheral neuropathy, which is another way to say neuropathic pain since it is damage to the peripheral nerve system. Damage to the central nervous system can also trigger neuropathic pain. Chronic neuropathic pain can be especially challenging to treat because it can be difficult to pinpoint where and how the nerves are damaged.
Nociceptive: Nociceptors are the receptors in the nervous system that get activated when there’s an injury. If there isn’t an injury from outside the nervous system, the nociceptors aren’t active. Nociceptive pain, then, is pain caused by an injury to something other than the nerves. In chronic pain, though, the nociceptors may still be sending pain messages long after the original injury has healed. The various types of chronic nociceptive pain are:
somatic – Soma means “body,” so somatic pain comes from injuries to the outer body—skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, bones, etc. It’s generally easy to identify where somatic pain comes from, and the pain can be sharp or throbbing (depends on what part of body is injured).
Bone pain is a somatic pain. Bones can ache. If the bones have been weakened by another condition, such as cancer or osteoporosis, then you can have a very achy and very intense dull pain. Bone pain can also be acute: if break in a bone, for example, that is acute pain. If the bone heals but still have a throbbing pain (it may be constant or it may come and go), that can be considered chronic bone pain. Muscle pain is a somatic pain. Chronic muscle pain is more than a strained muscle, means muscles may have a chronic muscle spasm that causes them to be tense. This form of muscle overload can cause long-lasting pain, especially in the back. Muscle pain can also develop as part of certain chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia.
visceral – viscera are internal organs—specifically those contained in abdomen and chest cavity. The stomach is an example of a visceral organ. Not every organ has nociceptors, so not every internal organ can send pain messages if it’s been injured (the lungs, for example, don’t have nociceptors).
However, if an injure to organ that has nociceptors, you will probably feel a deep, achy pain, and it will be hard to pinpoint where the pain is coming from. Visceral pain can also have referred pain. That means that the brain can’t distinguish the pain from the organ from pain from another part of body. For example, if having kidney problem, then low back may be painful.
Figuring out, chronic pain may be a difficult process, especially since many types of chronic pain may not come from any noticeable injury or disease. Also, since pain is such a subjective experience.
Chronic pain falls into a couple of broad categories such as : neuropathic pain: Pain caused by damage to or malfunction of the nerves themselves. nociceptive pain: Nociceptors are the receptors in the nervous system that get activated when there’s an injury. If there isn’t an injury from outside the nervous system, the nociceptors aren’t active. Nociceptive pain, then, is pain caused by an injury to something other than the nerves. In chronic pain, though, the nociceptors may still be sending pain messages long after the original injury has healed.
Pain is a very subjective experience, though, so we can’t say something as categorical as “All chronic pain patients will feel this way.” It is possible to say that chronic pain takes on many forms. It can be: throbbing, aching, shooting, electric, burning, sharp, feeling stiff, feeling tight, feeling sore. It can lead to other problems, especially social and emotional ones. Chronic pain may: lead to sleeplessness, drain you of energy, lead to depression, make you not want to do activities you typically enjoy, weaken your immune system because so much of your body’s energy is spent dealing with the pain.  A lot of these other problems build off each other, so you may hear the phrase “vicious cycle” when talking about chronic pain. For example: The pain makes it difficult to sleep at night, so you’re excessively tired the next day. You don’t want to go to work—or do anything else—because you’re so tired. Because you aren’t as active, you lose self-esteem and start to withdraw even more from your social life.  A cycle like that doesn’t have to control your life, though.
Other common chronic back pain causes are :
Trauma or injury.
Poor posture.
Obesity – excess weight puts excess pressure and stress on the spine and can wear out faster or simply not work as well, perhaps leading to chronic pain.
Aging – various parts of the spinal anatomy and other joints can wear out over time (a process called degeneration, there’s no guarantee that an aging spine will be painful, though: it all depends on how the degeneration process affects it.
Nerve damage,an example, a spinal nerve root can be pinched by a herniated disc, causing pain. Even after treating the herniated disc, the pain may persist because of nerve damage. Nerves can be injured by arachnoid’s (inflammation of a tissue that protects the nerve roots),
Arthritis (again, the inflammation can compress the nerve), and
diabetes, cancer, lyme disease, an infection, and more. Nerves can have trouble relaying the appropriate message if they’ve been damaged.
SuJok acupuncture is a new stage in the development of Oriental medicine. Highly effective for treatment, easy and accessible to learn, simple to apply, Su Jok methods have attracted much attention to and interest in this system all the phases of world.  One of the important features of this system- That is, the fast-coming effect of the method. SuJok therapy extremely quickly arrests pain syndromes of various etiology. Moreover, there has been gathered a considerable bulk of observations that the SuJok method quickly copes with critical states – shocks, preinfarctions, preinsults. Under such extreme conditions, needling was not always used. It was enough to massage correspondence points for a victim to become conscious or to remove intolerable pain.  Since the Su Jok method has a fast effect, the rate of pain-killing was studied during the treatment session. Within different time periods since the beginning of the session, the patient assessed the percentage of decrease of his pain sensations as compared with the initial state which was accepted as 100%.  A fast and effective removal of the pain syndrome makes the treatment period shorter and the patients cure quicker.
The course of treatment is definitely uneventful. ONE MUST OPT for it, as there is no side effect at all and care & cure effect is on miniature form of hands.

HEADACHE

HEADACHE
Headache
Sluggish liver allows toxins to leak into the brain and trigger the headache. And unfortunate, painkillers can add further stress on liver. Cleaning out, filters of  liver can quickly help put an end to a variety of headaches including migraines, tension, even hormonal headaches!
What you have to need is;
a : Jimmy or any metal or wooden instruments having blunt tip. Through which one can press certain point on the hand, a projected point of Head is on miniature form of the hand or foot.  Stimulate the point with the instrument and one can get positive results, if properly stimulate one can get results sometimes even in few seconds!
b : Permanent marker pen – color BLACK, Put color marking as per dot prescribed.
In any case one may get positive effective results. If one do not get any results initial few minutes, should consult, take medical professional advice.  The information provided through the blog is for general interest only and should not be misconstrued as a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment recommendation. Bell’s palsy

Bell’s palsy

Bell’s Palsy is a disease that paralyses one side of the face. A person who has Bell’s palsy cannot wrinkle the forehead or close the eye on the affected half of the face. The mouth sags on one side. With effort, the victim can move the facial muscles on the healthy side. But the face is distorted because the muscles on the other side cannot be moved. The symptoms of Bell’s palsy appear suddenly in most cases. The victim may feel some pain for one or two days before they occur. But the paralysis itself is painless. Most victims lose the sense of taste on one side of the tongue. The eye on the paralysed side becomes dry. Sounds may seem extremely loud at times. Bell’s palsy is caused by a sudden swelling of the main motor nerve on one side of the face. A bony canal surrounds this nerve. The swollen nerve presses against the canal, causing the nerve to function improperly. The swelling of the nerve may be caused by a virus, possibly a herpes virus <a group of viruses that cause a wide variety of diseases. Genital herpes, a widespread sexually transmitted disease, is caused by a herpesvirus. Herpesviruses also cause such conditions as chickenpox, cold sores, glandular fever, and shingles. Herpesviruses may be present in the body without producing signs of illness. People infected with certain herpesviruses may experience symptoms that go away, then reappear months or years later. The viruses are spread through direct physical contact with an infected person. Acupuncture ONNURI is a powerful medicine, which aids in strengthening the immune system and serves to prevent diseases, control pain and increase both the ability to function and the quality of peoples lives. Acupuncture has been shown to promote health and improve the bodys immune function. It has also helped many people who were not successfully treated through conventional western medicine. Several conditions can be dramatically improved or remedied in full including Bell’s Palsy. Besides, treatment concept is only on the hands. High effect can be observed on pricking 1mm small micro tiny needles on hand to adjust the energy system of body or with small magnets similar to pulse size to put on fingers only. The course of treatment is defenietly uneventful. If you beleive in there is energy be it environmental, spiritual or in any other form, one must opt for ACUPUNCTURE, particularly Acupuncture SuJok, Onnuri, Triorigin, SixKi Thereapy or Eight Origin concept’s of energy.
