Blisters

BLISTERS

A collection of fluid under the surface layers of the skin, skin itching, breaking out, covered in a rash, or to strange spots?

Blisters can cause by injury to the skin or by skin inflammation, changes in texture or color, and spots may be the result of infection, a chronic skin condition, or contact with an allergen or irritant, due to infection, burns, sunburns and other skin disorders. Blisters caused by skin or internal infections usually have specific diagnostic features, such as those of chickenpox, herpes simplex and shingles. Small blood vessels in the base of a blister may rupture, making the blister fluid bloodstained (blood blister). In general, blisters should not be pricked because of the risk of introducing infection to underlying tissues. If blisters are large, troublesome, multiple, or appear without explanation, consult to the doctor.

Cold Sores (Fever Blisters) small, painful, fluid-filled blisters on the mouth or nose, cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus. Lasting about seven to 10 days, cold sores are contagious until completely crusted over. Triggers can include fever, too much sun, stress, or menstruation. One should consult if sores contain pus, you have a fever greater than 100.5°, or if your eyes become irritated.

Rash from poisonous plants – Contact with sap from poison ivy, oak, and sumac causes a rash in most people. It begins with redness and swelling at the contact site, then becomes intensely itchy. Blistering appears within hours or a few days. The typical rash is arranged as a red line on an exposed area, caused by the plant dragging across the skin.

SuJok therapy stands as a highly efficient method of non medicamentous treatment for such patients. The Su Jok therapy approach has the capacity to remedy health disorders at a variety of levels, including blisters or skin related problems. It has proved to be in tune with the therapeutic methods advised by the International SuJok acupuncture by the points corresponding to the lungs , and also by the concept Eight Ki points. SuJok acupuncture methods, from the simplest to complex ones, are self-sufficient for coping with pain, allergy and obtaining a stable remission. The SuJok method is a natural way of treatment, and the process of normalisation of the patient’s state, beginning during treatment, goes on after the active intervention stopped.

One should opt to get rid of these related problems. Undoubtedly, one may get positive results in blisters, rashes, through the energy concept of acupuncture ‘SuJok’.

Throat

THROAT – SuJok

The problems communicate to throat such as pain, ache, redness, swelling,    hoarseness  or persistent hoarseness or other malignancies, lump in throat, dry, burning sensation, low tolerance of heat, or cold, liquid stools, inflammation, pus, palatine tonsil, pain during swallowing, fever, sore throat which is involved in acute tonsillitis and pharyngitis etc. THROAT correspondence point area stimulation with Black color may give positive effective, simple, fast results! At the same time stimulation on the projected point in the miniature form of hands or feet.
Besides, the stomach meridian is also responsible for any problems in the throat or the kidney channel is internally connected to the throat, because the kidney is insufficient to run up to moisten the throat, the throat is slightly congested with mild pain on and off and with dryness more marked at night, according to energy concept of SuJok.
What we need is to have a diagnostic probe for stimulation at the correspondence point.
Diagnostic probes, a therapeutic correspondence point (or treatment reflected point) will be notable for a keen tenderness following a mechanical pressure. It is this phenomenon which is taken into consideration while conducting diagnosis or therapy.
The treatment point will be located by applying a uniform pressure at the correspondence area. The painful sensation caused by a diagnostic stick hitting the treatment point would be often associated with spontaneous mobile response of the muscles of the body part under investigation.
The size of the head of a diagnostic stick used in search for, and stimulation of, the treatment point should coincide with the area occupied by the correspondence area in the selected therapeutic system. The ribbed side surface of the stick serves to provide massage for the hands and feet, as well as for secure retention of an instrument by the doctor.
The size of the heads of this diagnostic probe is such that it can ensure the most effective stimulation of the correspondence points.
Artificial stimulator’s – Metal stars, can be used for prolonged – action stimulator’s of correspondence points.
Marked tenderness appearing even when slightly pressing on a metal star will point to correct application of the latter. Having fixed the star in the tender point with an adhesive plaster, the patient presses on it periodically by himself, making local massage. The nature of illness determines the duration of the application. It can vary from several hours to several days. Various sizes of metal stars allow to enhance the effect of their action in working with correspondence systems of various sizes.
In any case one may get positive effective results. If one does not get any results in initial few sessions, should consult, take medical professional advice.  The information provided through the blog is only for general interest and should not be misconstrued as a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment recommendation. This information does not in any way constitute the practice of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, medicine, or any other health care profession. Readers are directed to consult their health care provider regarding their specific health situation. It is a natural, drug less way of treatment, one may opt for it, for an improvement.
Prognosis – Most patients recover with no long-term complications if diagnosed and treated properly.
Needless to say, a treatment through SuJok Acupuncture is quite effective!

Ear – SuJok

EAR – SuJok

Problems related to ear such as ache, hearing lost, inflammation, pus, noises, ringing, thin etc. EAR correspondence point stimulation with BLACK color gives good results in case of discharge from the ear or ringing, and in case of blocked or clogged color should be of RED one. At the same time stimulation on the projected point in the miniature form of hands or feet. Besides, the kidney meridian is also responsible for any problems in the ear, according to energy concept of SuJok. But one may also get the results with new research that the liver too is responsible for problems in ear according to chakras energy systems. One has to tackle kidney or liver too for better effective, simple, fast results!
What you need is to have diagnostic probes and stimulate with the diagnostic stic at the correspondence point.
Diagnostic probes
In the Homo-system of the body, a therapeutic correspondence point (or treatment reflected point) will be notable for a keen tenderness following a mechanical pressure. It is this phenomenon which has taken into consideration while conducting diagnosis or therapy.
The treatment point located by applying a uniform pressure at the correspondence area. Painful sensation caused by a diagnostic stick hitting the treatment point would be often associated with spontaneous mobile response of the muscles of the body part under investigation.
This diagnostic probe is used to locate and stimulate treatment points to be found in the correspondence systems of the head, trunk and limbs. The size of the heads of this diagnostic probe is such that it can ensure the most effective stimulation of the correspondence points.
A diagnostic probe is used to locate and massage curative points in the correspondence systems of hands, feet, and limbs. It’s corrugated side surface allows to employ this model as a probe-massager for massaging flat surfaces of hands, feet and limbs.
Artificial stimulators
Metal stars – prolonged-action stimulators of correspondence points.
If one does not get any results in initial few minutes, should consult, take medical professional advice.  The information provided through the blog is only for general interest and should not be misconstrued as a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment recommendation. This information does not in any way constitute the practice of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, medicine, or any other health care profession. Readers are directed to consult their health care provider about their specific health situation. It is a natural, drugless way of treatment, one may opt for it, even for better or improved hearing sense, should go for it.

CYST

CYST – A structure filled with liquid or semi-solid matter. Cysts can form anywhere in the body when a hollow structure is prevented from draining or a collection of fluid becomes surrounded by a wall of connective tissue. Examples are such as •Acne cyst Pseudo-cysts associated with cystic acne. Actually an inflammatory nodule with or without an associated epidermoid inclusion cyst.  •Arachnoid cyst (between the surface of the brain and the cranial base or on the arachnoid membrane).  •Baker’s cyst or popliteal cyst (behind the knee joint). •Breast cyst  •Chalazion cyst (eyelid)  •Dentigerous cyst (associated with the crowns of non-erupted teeth) •Dermoid cyst (ovaries, testes, many other locations from head to tailbone) •Epidermal cyst (found in the vessels attached to the testes) •Ganglion cyst (hand/ foot joints and tendons) •Glial cyst (in the brain) •Gartner’s duct cyst (vaginal or vulvar cyst of embryological origin) •Hydatid cyst(larval stage of Echinococcus granules (tapeworm) •Keratocyst (in the jaws, these can appear solitary or associated with the Gorlin-Goltz or Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome. The latest World Health Organization classification considers Keratocysts as tumors rather than cysts) •Liver cystic disease •Eyelid cyst  •Mucoid cyst (ganglion cysts of the digits) •Nabothian cyst (cervix) •Ovarian cyst (ovaries, functional and pathological) •Paratubal cyst (fallopian tube)  •Peritoneal cyst (lining of the abdominal cavity) •Pilar cyst – Cyst of the scalp. •Pilonidal cyst (skin infection near tailbone) •Renal cyst (kidneys) •Poly-cystic ovary syndrome •Pineal gland cyst  •Radicular cyst (associated with the roots of non-vital teeth, also known as Peri apical cyst) •Testicular cyst •Sebaceous cyst (sac below skin) •Tarlov cyst (spine)  •Vocal fold cyst  and parasitic cysts (formed when parasites such as amoebae and tapeworms infest certain organs). Cysts are mostly benign but may cause concern if they are seen or felt for example skin or breast cysts and may cause symptoms if they become infected or large enough to cause pressure on or obstruction or displacement of adjacent body parts.
CYSTITIS – Inflammation of the bladder. Cystitis can be due for example to infection from bacteria that ascend the urethra (the canal from the outside) to the bladder. Cystitis may be acute or chronic and is a very common problem for women, whose shorter urethra which drains urine from the bladder makes them more liable than men to infections and other inflammations of the bladder and urethra.
Symptoms
include a frequent need to urinate, often accompanied by a burning sensation. As cystitis progresses, blood may be observed in the urine and the patient may suffer cramps after urination. In young children, attempts to avoid the pain of cystitis can be a cause for daytime wetting (enuresis). Treatment includes avoiding irritants, such as perfumed soaps, near the urethral opening; increased fluid intake; and antibiotics. Untreated cystitis can lead to scarring and the formation of stones when urine is retained for long periods of time to avoid painful urination. Acute cystitis causes frequent, urgent and painful passing of urine. There is an urgent desire to empty the bladder, but when one has get to the toilet, then you can only dribble out a spoonful and it hurts. Within short span of time, again the urge strikes again. Sometimes there is a constant urge to urinate even when you can not pass a drop. With severe acute cystitis there is a also often pain behind the pubic bones, chills and fever, a burning or scalding feeling when the urine wets the genitals and sometimes blood in the urine, which may smell unusual and be cloudy.
In chronic cystitis there is more likely to be recurrent or ongoing lower abdominal pain as well as frequency and urgency. Fever, burning and bloodstained urine are less common. The symptoms of cystitis are very distressing particularly if the attacks are recurrent or the condition chronic. Apart from the need to stay close to a toilet.  Frequent attacks can disrupt the self life, which may further lead to isolation, anxiety and depression.
Causes – Most acute cystitis is due to bacterial infection. A multitude of bacteria can cause inflammation if they get into the urethra and bladder.  Infection, allergy, immune disorders, some drugs, small bladder stones or any condition that prevents complete emptying of the bladder may lead to chronic cystitis is pressure on the urethra from an enlarged prostate gland. One type of chronic cystitis is called interstitial cystitis, in which the deeper layers of the bladder lining remain inflamed causing symptoms after the infection or other possible causes have been eliminated.
In most cases the diagnosis of acute cystitis should be confirmed by pathological examination of the urine to identify any bacteria and to check their antibiotic sensitivity.
If you have chronic or recurrent bladder symptoms it is very important to have urine tests and a thorough urinary tract examination so that the cause can be found and treated. Recurrent cystitis can be a symptom of more serious conditions. Tests usually include urography, contrast x-rays of the kidneys and bladder and perhaps cystoscopy internal examination of the bladder via a viewing instrument and biopsy of the bladder lining.  If you get frequently symptoms of cystitis after sex, in that even one may need to see a specialist in urology. It may be that you have a chronic infection of the glands near the urethral outlet or some other bladder or urethral condition that can be corrected. However the bladder symptoms after sex are not always due to infection.
SEX AND CYSTITIS; some women are more prone than others to develop urinary symptoms associated with sex. Sometimes problems only occur when sexual intercourse is frequent over a short time(for example honeymoon cystitis). In women the urethra and bladder base are very close to the front wall of the vagina, where they are liable to injury from friction during intercourse-especially if the vulva and vagina are not sufficiently lubricated by sexual arousal before penetration.  Frictional injury alone is enough to cause inflammation of the urethra. Some germs probably always get into the urethra and bladder during sex but normal defences usually overcome them. However, if the tissues are also injured their defences will be down and infection is more likely to take hold.
Women who develop bladder and urethral symptoms almost every time they have intercourse come to fear sex. The fear cuts down their sexual arousal so that they are less well lubricated and more likely to suffer mechanical injury-the beginning of a vicious circle of sex and bladder problems. This can play a havoc with a relationship.
SuJok Acupuncture  not only is effective as a primary modality, it also can play a vital role as an adjunctive therapy due to how effective the meridian system is as a means of proper diagnosis. Because the meridians influence every cell in the body and pass through every organ and organ system, acupuncture provides health practitioners with an accurate and noninvasive means of determining health deficiencies, as well as a method of reestablishing balance. It  provides maximum benefits without the dangerous side effects associated with many of the approaches of conventional medicine. While acupuncture represents a legacy of concepts that predate Western civilization, as a contemporary health care system it also represents a synthesis of continuously evolving scientific and technological developments which provides us with new tools to meet current clinical challenges.
An important aspect of SuJok therapy is that it allows to take into account an individual characteristics of the patient manifested in his/her own energy constitution. This brings about an effective action on the very origin of disease. Besides, there are practically no contraindications for utilization of SuJok therapy. One must opt for the SUJOK acupuncture to have optimal effectiveness.  The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicament’s therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether.  The course of treatment is definitely uneventful.

BREAST ABSCESS

BREAST ABSCESS
Breast abscess is an acute inflammation and infection with a collection of pus within the breast tissue, acute purulent disorder of the breast mostly found in lactation period after delivery. It is rare in the duration of pregnancy. People commonly affected by breast abscess – women in the child bearing age group who have recently given birth. Normally, it is caused by retention of milk in the breast due to mental depression affecting the vital energy of the liver or due to overtaking of fatty food that brings about stagnation of heat in the stomach meridian or due to obstruction of the milk duct after invasion of exogenous toxic fire into the breast through the rupture of the nipple.
Breast abscess main manifestations include redness, heat, inflammation, swelling, hardness, tenderness and pain in infected part. Also, enlargement of lymph glands in the armpit and sharp pain when the infant sucks. If left untreated, the skin darkens and the abscess eventually bursts. The person may be feverish and feel unwell, mostly occurring after the delivery. At the early stages when the abscess has not yet been formed, there is a lump in the breast accompanied by swelling, distention, pain, difficult lactation, chills, fever headache, nausea and dire thirst. Growing of the lump with local bright redness and intermittent throbbing pain indicates suppuration. If the infection is very severe, breast-feeding may have to be abandoned.
An abscess a pus-filled hollow space that can appear on the skin or inside the body. Most abscesses form just under the skin and are the result of a bacterial infection. The infection causes the immune system to activate white blood cells and chemicals to fight the bacteria. Breast abscesses can affect women between the age of 18 and 50, but they are very uncommon in women who are not producing milk. When breastfeeding, the nipples sometimes become cracked, which allows bacteria to enter, and may cause an infection. A breast infection can lead to the development of an abscess.
During breastfeeding, the suckling from the baby may cause the nipples to become tender and raw (this is called abrasion). It is normal for the breasts to feel tender during breastfeeding, but to consult if having heat or pain in either breast.
The first stage in the development of an abscess is inflammation of the breast tissue. This is called mastitis, and has the following symptoms: painful localised swelling of the affected breast, localised redness, tenderness, and the breast feels very hot. Another sign of infection is flu-like symptoms, including aches and pains, headache and a raised temperature. The infection occurs in the parenchymal (fatty) tissue of the breast, causing swelling just outside the milk ducts. This swelling presses on the milk ducts, and the result is pain and swelling of the infected breast. One may notice the additional symptoms : tender or enlarged lymph nodes in the armpit on the affected side, enlargement of the affected breast, discharge from the nipple, which may be green or pus-like, breast lump, and itching. If one can, try to continue breastfeeding. Draining the infected milk can reduce the chance of an abscess forming, and it will not harm the baby. The germs in the milk will be killed off once they reach the baby’s stomach. If an abscess has already formed, it is advisable to stop breastfeeding.
The cause of a breast abscess could be because of bacterial infection; usually a taphylococcus or streptococcus is the causal organism. The organisms enter through cracks in the nipple, particularly at the beginning of breast-feeding before the skin has ‘toughened up’. Preventative measures – try to avoid cracking of the nipples include careful cleansing, use of some paste, and not allowing the baby to suck for too long, or to ‘comfort suck’, especially during the early days of breast-feeding.
Analysis: When breastfeeding, the skin of the nipples can become grazed or cracked. This is usually a result of the baby’s gums pinching the nipple. Sometimes it happens because the nipple hasn’t been far enough into the baby’s mouth, and has rubbed against the roof of the baby’s mouth. Many sore nipples are caused by the baby not being properly positioned or latched on. Breast infections are caused by a common bacteria found on normal skin called Staphylococcus aureus. The bacteria usually get into the breast through cracks or abrasions in the nipple, and the resulting infection causes inflammation of the breast (mastitis). Although mastitis is most commonly caused by breastfeeding, it is also linked to other factors. These include diabetes, nipple piercings, lumpectomies or breast irradiation, the use of corticosteroids, having silicone breast implants, and being a heavy smoker. As the body’s immune system tries to fight off the breast infection, some of the tissue in the local area dies. This is called necrosis. A collection of pus forms, which is surrounded by hardened and inflamed tissue. This is a breast abscess.
Since the stagnated liver vital qi and obstructed lactation lead to production of heat, there occurs redness, swelling and pain of the breast with difficult lactation. the confrontation between the exogenous pathogenic factors and the body resistance causes chills, fever and headache. The pathogenic heat in the stomach disturbs the descending of the stomach vital energy, manifested by nausea and dire thirst. Unrelieved stagnation of milk may produce heat. Extreme heat causes putrid muscle, and pus follows. So there is growing of the lump in the breast with bright redness, burning and intermittent throbbing pain. The reducing method is applied to regulate the vital energy of the Liver and Stomach meridians, remove stagnation and disperse heat. The nipple is on the Liver meridian, and the breast is located in the area where the Stomach meridian is distributed. The breast abscess is caused by pathogenic heat in the stomach and the stagnation of liver vital energy. One has to remove the stomach fire in order to eliminate the accumulation of pathogenic factors to regulate the activity of vital energy and remove obstruction of lactation.
Prevention: If having breast infection, the best way to prevent an abscess forming is to continue to breastfeed. This helps to get rid of the infected milk, and will not harm the baby. Bacteria in the infected breast milk are killed in baby’s stomach. If breastfeeding is too painful, better not to continue. To help the milk flow better, try placing a warm, wet washcloth over the affected breast for about 15 minutes before breastfeeding. Massaging the affected breast may also increase milk flow.

NASAL DISCHARGE, thick & sticky

NASAL DISCHARGE, thick & sticky
It is accompanied by nasal obstruction and loss of the sense smell too.
Normally, occurrence of thick sticky nasal discharge is related to the attack of pathogenic factors on the lung which has opening of energy in the nose. Exogenous wind cold may transform into heat. Sometimes lung is directly attacked by wind heat. Both may lead to dysfunction of the lung and invasion of pathogenic factors upon nose through the upper respiratory tract.
If a person is having thick and sticky nasal discharge, there is a possibility of nasal obstruction, loss of the sense of smell, bad odour, yellow fetid nasal discharge, thick and sticky mucous discharge from the nose, and even from throat that accompanies a cold or other respiratory disease, accompanied by cough, dull pain in the forehead, rapid pulse, reddened tongue with thin, white and sticky coating.
Due to heat accumulated in the lung impedes the descending of the lung’s vital ki, then pathogenic heat rushes up to the nose, causing nasal obstruction. Heat consumes body fluid and changes it into phlegm and mucus, because of that there is turbid and fetid nasal discharge. Cough results from adverse flow of the lung vital ki. When there is extreme heat in the lung and stomach further disturbs the upper orifices, pain with distension occurs in the forehead. Reddened tongue and rapid pulse are signs of pathogenic heat in the lung.
With Acupuncture, itself is a powerful medicine, which aids in strengthening the system and serves to function in an effective way.  Acupuncture has been shown to promote the health and improve the body’s system. It has also helped many people who were not successfully treated through conventional western medicine.  Several conditions can be dramatically improved or remedied in full including blocked nose.
Acupuncture ONNURI<SUJOK> is traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at the certain energy meridians, energy gates, joints of affected organ points, or on energy flow therapy of acupuncture located along the meridians. AND, the total concept is only on hands in a miniature system or corresponding systems. It is totally effective to have CURE effects of BLOCKED NOSE. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicament’s therapy simultaneously can be eliminated altogether.  The course of treatment is defenietly uneventful.
