PSORIASIS

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by thick, raised, dry, scaling red patches covered with silvery-white scales and a reddened skin disorder with periodical marked exacerbation, eruptions of the skin. The immune system attacks the skin from the inside out. But it’s the effects of the inflammatory cells on the skin that cause the skin to get red, thick, and the scaly. In most people, these patches are the only symptom of the disease. But the patches may burn, crack, and bleed, especially if scratching irritates the skin. The patches usually appear on the elbows and knees. But in severe cases, they may cover the body. Psoriasis is associated with many cases of arthritis, though the skin patches themselves do not cause the arthritis.
However, an attack of the disease results when cells in the outer layer of the skin divide more rapidly than normal. These cells do not mature completely and the skin becomes abnormally thick. In addition, the number and size of blood vessels in the lower layer of the skin increase abnormally. It may be inherited, but it is not contagious. An attack may be influenced by an emotional condition, such as tension. In others, it may be affected by such environmental factors as sunlight and cold weather. TNF’ tumor necrosis factor, Is a Signal That Can Start the Process – TNF helps the immune system protect the body against infection or the effects of injury. During a normal immune response, TNF attached to special cells throughout the body. The attachment of TNF activates these immune cells, causing them to release chemicals that can give to inflammation; people with psoriasis often have increased levels of TNF in their affected skin areas.
BUT, according to the energy concepts of eight origin of acupuncture Onnuri (SuJok), psoriasis is an energy of Hetero disease, since keratinocytes formation rate increases and cell cycle is normally reduced, if treatment is to be for emotional level – unified energy’s – tonification of joy emotions, and sedation of sadness emotions according to axis of SuJok six ki, on byol chakra as well as on meridian of Large intestine joint for better effective results. One must opt for acupuncture SuJok to have total effectiveness from the Psoriasis as each treatment is catered to the needs of an individual. Needless to say, if the SKIN problem in your life is throwing you off-balance, consider coming in for a treatment through acupuncture to regain the peace of mind and stay healthy as most of the skin diseases can give you CURE effect of problems related to skin through the natural healing concepts. The course of treatment is definitely uneventful. As lifestyle habits makes a lot of difference. One must have to change the same if to opt for cure effect of Psoriasis.

Hypochondria

HYPOCHONDRIA
Hypochondria are a belief that symptoms are signs of a serious illness, even though there is no medical evidence to support the presence of an illness, also known as Hypochondriasis, a type of somatoform disorder, mental illness in which a person has symptoms of a medical illness, but the symptoms cannot be fully explained by an actual physical disorder.
Such people are very much worried about getting a disease or are sure they have a disease, even after medical tests show they do not have any such disease. Further, these people often misinterpret minor health problems or normal body functions as symptoms of a serious disease. The symptoms are not under the person’s voluntary control, and can cause great distress and/or can interfere with a person’s normal functioning.
As such people excessively focus on the self-health, they have an unrealistic fear of having a serious disease. People with hypochondria are not in a place to control their fears and worries. The way people with hypochondria think about their physical symptoms can make them more likely to have this condition. As they focus on and worry about physical sensations, a cycle of symptoms and worry begins, which can be difficult to stop.
It is important to realize that people with hypochondria do not purposely create these symptoms (malingering). They are unable to control the symptoms.
The symptoms they describe can range from general complaints, such as pain or tiredness, to concerns about normal body functions, such as breathing or stomach noises. People with hypochondria are not faking or lying about their symptoms; they truly believe they are sick.
The signs that a person might have hypochondria include:
•The person has a history of going to many doctors. S/he may even “shop around” for a doctor who will agree that he or she has a serious illness.
•The person recently experienced a loss or stressful event.
•The person is overly concerned about a specific organ or body system.
•The person’s symptoms or area of concern might shift or change.
•A doctor’s reassurance does not calm the person’s fears; they believe the doctor is wrong or made a mistake.
•The person’s concern about illness interferes with his or her work, family, and social life.
•The person may suffer from anxiety, nervousness, and/or depression.
People who have a history of physical or sexual abuse are more likely to have this disorder. However, this does not mean that every person with a hypochondria disorder has a history of abuse.
They seek out reassurance from family, friends, or health care providers. They feel better for a short time at most, and then begin to worry about the same symptoms, or about new symptoms.
Symptoms may shift and change, and are often vague. Such people often look at their own body.
Those who are affected may recognize that their fear of having a serious disease is unreasonable or unfounded.
Expectations (prognosis)
The disorder is usually long-term (chronic), unless psychological factors or mood and anxiety disorders are treated.
But SuJok acupuncture, a powerful tool to cater problems even at emotional level, is enough to give positive results to such people. Otherwise also, when the liver is diseased, it causes pain in the body especially below the ribs on both sides, and then refers to the lower abdomen. As the meridian of the liver supplies the hypochondriac regions, and the liver is externally and internally related with the gallbladder, the occurrence of hypochondriac pain is mostly concerned with disorders of the liver and gall bladder.
The liver is situated in the hypochondriac region. If it is diseased, it will cause hypochondriac pain. The dominant energy of the liver in category of wind prefers to be in a harmonious state with free flow of qi. Emotional depression may restrain the liver function, causing poor circulation of qi in the meridian, often resulting in hypochondriac pain.
If there is any stagnation of energy of the liver or traumatic injuries such as sprain or contusion may cause stasis of blood in collaterals, resulting in hypochondriac pain. Or if there is sprain or strain means deficiency of essence and blood.
Excess energy means stagnation of qi with the main symptoms stifling sensation in the chest, sighing, poor appetite, bitter taste in the mouth, string taut pulse and thin white tongue coating.
Deficient energy means stagnation of blood with fixed stabbing pain in hypochondriac region, intensified by pressure and at night, dark purplish tongue proper, deep and hesitant pulse. It is to be considered if there is lingering dull pain in hypochondriac region, dryness of mouth, irritability, dizziness, blurring of vision, red tongue with little coating, weak, or rapid and thread pulse.
Thus, the SuJok acupuncture is effective to have CURE effect of an ailment. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicaments’ therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether. The course of treatment is definitely uneventful.

Mammary Gland

The endocrine system that regulates the mammary glands and become functional in response to the hormonal changes associated with parturition. A woman who has not borne children consists of a conical disk of glandular tissue of mammary gland, which is encase in variable quantities of fat that give it its characteristic shape. The glandular tissue itself is made up of 15–20 lobes composed of solid cords of ductal cells; each lobe is sub-divided into many smaller lobules, separated by broad fibrous suspensory bands, which connect the skin with the fascia, or sheet of connective tissue, that covers the pectoral muscles beneath the breast. A separate excretory duct drains each lobe. These converge beneath the nipple, where they widen into milk reservoirs, before narrowing again to emerge as pinpoint openings at the summit of the nipple.
Hormones induce the real secretion of milk – prolactin from the pituitary and somatomammotropin from the placenta. At the end of lactation the mammary glands and areolae return almost but not completely to their state before pregnancy. After menopause the glands atrophy and are largely replaced by connective tissue and fat.
Diseases and abnormalities of the breast;
Painful breasts may occur when estrogens are present in large amounts, as at puberty, during pregnancy, prior to menstruation, or after administration of the estrogens.
Fibrocystic disease, may result in later reproductive life from the cumulative effect of the ebb and flow of endocrine stimulation with each menstrual cycle; this produces nodular fibrosis—or lumps of fibrous tissue—and cysts of various sizes, also called chronic cystic mastitis. The condition can usually be distinguished from cancer because it is intermittently painful and tends to subside after menstrual periods. It may predispose to carcinoma, however. Early biopsy is indicated for any nodules that persist. The condition of such abnormalities of the breast such as;
Stiff tissue of the mammary gland
Dry and peeling skin
Hair growth
Stiff fibrous masses
Galactorrhea
Acute pains or painful breasts
It is advisable to put some seed or round pulse like white pepper on the prescribed dot that will stimulate the correspondence area of that particular meridian and stimulate on the mount.
Acupuncture SuJok methods, from the simplest to complex ones, are self-sufficient for coping with pain and obtaining a stable remission of even chronic disease. The SuJok method is a natural way of treatment, and the process of normalisation of the patient’s state, beginning during treatment, goes on after the active intervention stopped. The most effective and fast acting in treatment of chronic ailment is six or eight energies therapy in the structure of the stomach meridian after preliminary correction of the emotional sphere, in combination with biorhythmic SuJok acupuncture and basic treatments.
The beauty of SuJok is that each treatment is catered to the needs of an individual patient. Its energy concept on palm will be chosen for overall well-being with the goal of increasing circulation of the blood and vital energy.
Key Points-“acupuncture” describes a family of ways involving the stimulation of anatomical points on the body using a variety of techniques. The technique that has been most often studied scientifically involves penetrating the skin with thin, solid, metallic needles that are manipulated by the hands or by electrical stimulation. Acupuncture needles are metallic, solid, and hair-thin. People experience acupuncture differently, but most feel no or minimal pain as the needles is inserted. Some people feel energized by treatment, while others feel relaxed. Improper needle placement, movement of the patient, or a defect in the needle can cause soreness and pain during treatment. This is why it is important to seek treatment from a qualified acupuncture practitioner.

Anger

ANGER

Anger could be a force for a good sometime, but intense anger is neither helpful nor healthy. There is nothing wrong with anger inherently. Psychologists say it’s normal to feel angry when one’s well-being is disturbed or threatened and that goes for financial as well as emotional and physical well-being. Although people differ in the way they express anger from time to time.
Chronic, intense anger is neither helpful nor healthy. It can cause problems in your personal relationships and at work; high levels of anger lead to heart attack, stroke, and premature death.

Tips for Taming Your Anger
One should take better care for the self. Often it is possible to curb anger simply by cutting back on stimulants like caffeine and nicotine, which can shorten the emotional fuse. Getting more sleep can also help in controlling such emotion. Ditto for exercise.
Talk over your feelings. Having a heart-to-heart with a friend or family member can help you understand and overcome one’s anger. “One may change s/he own emotional liability by hearing honest feedback from the others, which can be a great way to understand and change our emotional responses.
Just don’t go overboard: actually reinforce angry feelings, making them more intense rather than less intense.
Practice delay and distraction. Mindfulness meditation can help, as can humming a favorite tune or saying a prayer. Even the deep breathing — silently intoning the word “calm” “smile” each time breathe in and out. “Listening to loud, aggressive music can be a great way to curb anger.
Even if there is a tendency to come up anger unexpectedly, suddenly and lasts only for a short time; but is strong, destructive emotion, if prevails can hit or even kill another, this emotion is accompanied by great muscle power, unpredictable.
ORIGINALITY: People of this category are interested in what is new in shops today. They go shopping not to buy, but to get some new ideas. They like to walk into a shopping mall as if it were a museum. If they should but anything, it must be original, something that attracted their attention.
Such anger manifest: Sense of humor (original idea), modesty, vanity shyness (according to age group), irritability, and curiosity.
If a person is — of aggressiveness, outrageousness, irritability, fury, affective state, quarrelsome, disposition, peevishness, instability of mood means wind energy is dominant, and Lungs and Large Intestine meridians are responsible for such emotional liability, if focusing on chakra base, but if to have focus through meridians, one has to tackle the gall bladder and liver meridian.
One may get good results through SuJok Acupuncture concepts of energy or even by mere putting dot with permanent marker pen, one could find visible changes.

DIZZINESS

DIZZINESS
 A sensation of light-headedness and unsteadiness, is often caused by a decrease in blood supply to the brain, while vertigo is caused by disturbances in the inner ear and the balance centers of the brain. It is necessary to understand the specific symptoms a patient is experiencing in order to make the correct approach;
Common causes of dizziness –
Low blood pressure – Dizziness, light headedness, and the feeling of passing out is a common complaints who have low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
•sweating,
•nausea and vomiting,
•shortness of breath, and
•chest pain.
 •anemia (decreased red blood cell count)
•bleeding
•dehydration (loss of water in the body) often occurs with infections that cause vomiting and diarrhea.
Most attacks of dizziness are brief and harmless and are caused by a momentary reduction of the blood supply to the brian,such as may occur when getting up suddenly after sitting or lying down. However, dizziness may be a symptom of ear or brain disorders, cardiovascular disease, anaemia or Hypo or Hyper – glycemic or it may be a side effect of certain drugs – especially those used to treat high blood pressure.
•endocrine disease.
•addison’s disease: it occurs when the adrenal glands do not produce enough cortisol to meet the needs of the body, it’s a naturally occurring steroid produced by the body and is part of the stress response (fight or flight). If cortisol levels are low, a patient may experience weakness, fatigue, dizziness, light-headedness, low blood sugar, and low blood pressure.
Vertigo – Vertigo is often described as feeling dizzy, or a sensation of spinning. The patient may specifically mention that the room seems to be spinning around them. Sometimes the complaint is loss of balance or loss of equilibrium. This often occurs because of irritation in the inner ear (the part of the ear that involves balance, not hearing).
 The inner ear has two parts that help the body determine its position in space relative to gravity; 1) the semicircular canals and, 2) the vestibule.
 There are three semicircular canals that are aligned at right angles to each other. These canals are filled with fluid and are lined with a nerve-filled, crystal-encrusted membrane that transmits information to the cerebellum (the part of the brain that controls balance and coordination). The cerebellum collects information from visual stimuli and the nerve endings in muscles associated with proprioception (the perception of movement), to assist the brain in assessing where the body is in relationship to gravity and its surroundings.
Normally, when the head moves, fluid in the semicircular canals shift, and that information is relayed to the brain. When the head stops moving, the fluid stops as well, and that information is relayed to the brain.
In some cases there may be a short delay in the transmission of this information to the brain. For example, when a person rides on go-round or spins quickly around in circles, the fluid in the canals develop momentum and even though the body stops spinning, the fluid in the semicircular canals may continue to move. This causes vertigo, or a sensation of spinning, and may cause the person to fall or stumble. It also may be associated with vomiting.
•Acoustic neuroma: This is a benign tumor of the ear that can present with vertigo.
•Vertigo is the sensation of spinning and may present without warning and be associated with nausea and vomiting. Patients with inner ear problems may be unable to move without generating symptoms.
The mild case can be relieved by closing one’s eyes, while the serious case has an illusion of bodily movement with rotatory sensation like sitting in a sailing boat or moving car, and even accompanied by nausea, vomiting and sweating.
Pathogenesis ;
Hyperactivity of the liver ;
The liver is analogize as wind and wood, characterized by movement and ascending. Over contemplation, anxiety, depression or anger can damage the liver yin, resulting in hyperactivity of liver yang. Dizziness occurs in case the liver yang moves as the wind and ascends to attack the brain. Or the kidney water, generally in deficiency, fails to nourish the liver. Dizziness occurs in case the liver is lack of nourishment, which leads to hyperactivity of liver yang. In both situations there is deficiency in the lower but excess in the upper part of the body.
Main manifestations : Dizziness aggravated by anger, irritability, flushed face, red eyes, tinnitus, bitter taste in the mouth, dream-disturbed sleep, red tongue proper with yellow coating, string taut, rapid pulse.
Analysis : Anger damages the liver yin causing hyperactivity of the liver yang which transforms into fire. When the fire flares up, flushed face, red eyes and irritability appear. The spirit stored in the liver is upset by disorders of the liver, then dream disturbed sleep occurs. The red tongue proper with yellow coating, bitter taste in the mouth, string-taut, rapid pulse are the signs of yin deficiency resulting in fire hyperactivity.
Deficiency of blood ;
the heart and spleen are damaged by overwork and over contemplation in case of a weak constitution after a disease. The damaged spleen fails to produce qi and blood, leading to deficiency. In case the brain in poorly nourished by blood, dizziness occurs.
Main manifestations : dizziness accompanied by pallor and lustreless complexion, weakness, palpitation, insomnia, pale lips and nails, lassitude, pale tongue proper, thready and weak pulse. Dizziness occurs mostly after a serious disease or loss of blood and is aggravated by overwork. Loss of consciousness happens in sever cases.
Analysis : Dizziness is inevitable because deficiency of qi and blood fails to nourish the brain. The heart dominates the blood and is manifested in the complexion. The spleen dominates the transportation and transformation to manufacturer qi and blood. If the heart and spleen are injured, the blood will be insufficient, thereby the complexion is lustreless and the lips and the nails are pale. Deficiency of blood leads to palpitation and insomnia. Deficiency of qi gives rise to weakness, lassitude, anorexia and is aggravated by overwork. Pale tongue and thready, weak pulse are the signs of deficiency of blood.
Interior retention of phlegm dampness ;
In a person with generally abundant phlegm dampness, irregular food intake and overwork damage the stomach and the spleen, impairing their function in transportation and transformation and leading to production of dampness and phlegm. Then the stagnant phlegm and qi may impede the ascending clear yang and the descending of the turbid yin, and thus dizziness occurs.
Main manifestations : Dizziness with a heavy feeling of the head and suffocating sensation in the chest, nausea, profuse, sputum, anorexia, somnolence, white, sticky tongue coating, soft, rolling pulse.
Analysis : Dizziness with a heavy feeling of the head is the sign of the pure yang disturbed by phlegm dampness. Suffocating sensation in the chest and nausea are caused by qi obstructed in the middle jiao. anorexia and somnolence are due to the spleen yang deficiency. White sticky tongue coating soft and soiling pulse are the signs of phlegm dampness.
SuJok therapy stands as a highly efficient method of non medicamentous treatment of dizziness patients. The SuJok therapy approach has the capacity to remedy health disorders at a variety of levels, including emotional, mental, at the somatic (intersystemic) level, the afflicted system and cellular levels. SuJok therapy will emerge useful both as a tactical therapeutic modality in order to relieve an exacerbated condition, and as a strategic treatment aimed at dealing with first-order factors of the dizziness pathogenesis.
SuJok therapy has proved to be in tune with the therapeutic methods advised by the International Su Jok acupuncture by the points corresponding to the ear, and also by Six ki energy therapy.

Epilepsy

EPILEPSY

A recurrent disorder of brain function characterised by sudden brief attacks of altered consciousness, abnormal movements and or sensations,seizures or inappropriate behaviour. It occurs in seizures,manifested by falling down in a fit, loss of consciousness, foam on the lips or screams with eyes staring upward, and convulsions. Epilepsy is caused by abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Infections,meningitis,inflammation of the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord, brain tumours,disturbances of the body’s chemical balance, certain poisonings, or interference with the blood supply to part of the brain. After some minutes, consciousness returns and the patients condition becomes normal. In the remainder no cause can be found, but it is suspected that unexplained inherited factors may predispose some people to seizures. Epilepsy is classified according to the type of seizure that usually occurs. Besides the typical seizures, there may be variations. It can be a momentary loss of attention or consciousness with eyes staring directly forward or prolonged loss of consciousness associated with convulsions and foam on the lips. It may occur at any time, in various frequency and with different severity. It is often preceded by an ‘aura’ of dizziness, depression sensation of the chest,and listlessness. Basically, epilepsy is an excess condition, but frequent recurrence can lower the body resistance.

•Grand mal is characterised by generalised seizures in which after a strange cry, could be because of fear and fright. The patient falls down unconscious,whole body stiffness and various muscle twitch or jerk. The seizure usually lasts a couple of minutes, after which the muscles relax and the bladder and or bowel may empty involuntarily. The sufferer often feels dazed and disoriented has a headache and may sleep for an hour or so. There is usually no memory of the event. Grand mal affects about go per cent of epilepsy sufferers. Normally, fear makes energy disordered and fright makes energy descend affecting the liver and kidney and leading to stirring of the deficiency wind.

•Petit mal absence attacks occurs mainly in children,there is a brief up to 30seconds loss of awareness without grossly abnormal movements, though eye or muscle fluttering may be noticed. These seizures usually happen when a child is sitting quietly, and it may seem that he or she is just daydreaming, however, petit mal seizures can occur many times during the day and may interfere seriously with school progress. It may be due to hereditary factors.

•Simple partial focal, local seizures affect only part of the body and begin with specific involuntary movements tics, twitches and abnormal sensations such as skin tingling and hallucinations of smell, sight or taste without loss of consciousness. In one type, called Jacksonian seizures, muscle twitches begin in one hand or foot then move up the limb, spread similarly from one corner of the mouth. simple partial seizures may subside after a few minutes or may progress to grand mal. This may be due to dysfunction of the liver in smoothing flow of energy or irregular food intake damaging the spleen and stomach, makes the dampness of food and drink accumulate as phlegm, which combined with the stagnated liver energy,disturbs the mind and causes epilepsy.

•Complex partial seizures are characterised by a variety of abnormal movements sensations and behaviours associated with loss of awareness for one to two minutes,rarely longer. The sufferer may at first stagger,perform automatic,purposeless movements and utter unintelligible sounds. He or she does not understand what is said and may resist aid. Mental confusion continues for a minute or so after the attack is apparently over. The sufferer remembers little if any of what has happened. Complex partial seizures are usually associated with a structural abnormality,such as a tumour,of the brain.

•Status epileptics occurs when grand mal,petit mal or complex partial seizures follow one another with no intervening periods of consciousness. Grand mal status epileptics may persist for hours and can cause permanent brain damage or be fatal without emergency treatment. When epilepsy begins in childhood, seizures may become less frequent in adolescence and adulthood and in some cases may stop. People with epilepsy are encouraged to lead as normal a life as their condition permits. Moderate exercise, sport and social activities are possible for most, but over exertion, stress and alcohol should be avoided. Regular meals and sleep are advisable. Most people with epilepsy can work, but the disorder may limit their choices of career. Differentiation;

During seizure – Main manifestations:

A typical seizure is preceded by dizziness, headache and suffocating sensation in the chest and immediately followed by falling down with loss of consciousness, pallor, clenched jaws, upward staring of the eyes, convulsion, foam on the lips, screaming as pigs or sheep and even incontinence of urine and feces. Gradually, the patient regains consciousness, and the symptoms disappear. Apart from fatigue and weakness, the patient can live a normal life. White sticky tongue coating and string taut, rolling pulse. Analysis: Dizziness, headache and suffocated sensation in the chest are the prodromal symptoms which show the upward perversion of the wind phlegm. The liver wind stirs up with the phlegm to disturb the mind. Therefore, there are loss of consciousness, convulsions and upward staring of the eyes. The foam on the lips is owing to the ascending wind phlegm. White, sticky tongue coating and rolling pulse are the signs of retaing of the phlegm. Since the wind phlegm is irregularly accumulated and dispersed the seizures are paroxysmal and the patient behaves as normal after the seizure.

After seizure – Main manifestations:

Listlessness, lustreless complexion, dizziness, palpitation, anorexia, profuse sputum, weakness and soreness of the lions and limbs, pale tongue with white coating and thready, rolling pulse. Analysis: Listlessness is due to damage of the vital energy by frequent epileptic fits. With insufficiency of blood, the complexion is lustreless. There is dizziness if the brain lacks blood supply, and palpitation if the heart is poorly supplied with blood. due to the depression of the spleen yang, the food cannot be transformed into essence and dampness and phlegm are produced, so there are anorexia and profuse sputum. Deficiency of the kidney essence causes soreness and weakness of the loins and limbs. Pale tongue with whit coating and thready, rolling pulse suggest consumption of energy and blood and accumulation of phlegm dampness. SuJok, a totally new and unique approach of the system of correspondence on Arm and Leg with two main advantages, one is natural stimulation without instrument and equipment and second is availability of detailed correspondence system for brain and head. This new system is very easy to understand and apply, giving very accurate and fast results. The method of treatment is amazingly simple to learn and to treat diseases of various origin and pathology successfully. An important aspect of SuJok therapy is that it allows to take into account an individual characteristics of the patient manifested in own energy constitution. This brings about an effective action on the very origin of disease. Besides, there are practically no contraindications for utilization of SuJok therapy. It has been shown to promote the health and improve the body’s immune function,also helped many people who were not successfully treated through conventional western medicine. Several conditions can be dramatically improved or remedied in full including epileptic disorders.

SYNCOPE

SYNCOPE
Syncope is manifested by sudden fainting, pallor, cold limbs and loss of consciousness, which are often resulted from emotional excitement, fright or debilitation and over straining.
Syncope of deficiency vital energy is often caused by general deficiency of the primary energy and failure to ascending due to over strain or grief and fright, exhaustion of energy after profuse bleeding.
Main manifestations ; feeble breathing with mouth agape, spontaneous sweating, pallor, cold limbs, deep and thready pulse. Resulting, analysis could be; dizziness, vertigo, loss of consciousness, feeble breathing are all with sudden perversion of its flow of energy, sinking of energy in the spleen and stomach and failure of the clear yang in ascending. Cold limbs are caused by failure of yang energy to reach there. Weakness of primary energy and disabilities of vital energy in controlling the pores are shown in spontaneous sweating and mouth agape. Deep thready pulse also suggests deficiency of energy. A simple faint is one that occurs in an otherwise healthy person. One cause is a sudden increase in activity of the agus-tenth cranial nerve which runs from the brain to the heart and other organs  and is one of the main controllers of the heart’s action. The vagus overactivity causes the heartbeat to slow down to about half its normal rate resulting in a sudden fall in blood pressure. The temporary drop in blood supply to the brain causes dizziness and a need to lie down. The person rapidly becomes pale, sweaty and nauseated and may quickly lose consciousness.
BUT, Syncope of excess vital energy is mainly due to emotional disturbances, such as anger, fear and fright leading to deranged flow of energy, which rushes upwards to the heart and chest, blocking the windpipe and disturbing the mind, or due to up surging of liver yang followed by perversion of blood flow after a fit of anger, leading to disturbance of the mind and resulting in loss of consciousness.

Main manifestations; coarse breathing, rigid limbs, clenched jaws, deep and excess type pulse. Resulting, analysis could be; perversion of energy after a fit of anger makes qi activity impeded and blood rushing upward together with qi to disturb the mind and hence sudden collapse, loss of consciousness, clenched jaws and rigid limbs.  Obstruction of energy in the lungs gives rise to coarse breathing. Deep and excess type pulse is a sign of excess syndrome. Vagus overactivity may be triggered by the psyche in response to such things as alarming or emotionally disturbing sights, nasty smells, overwhelming fear.
Syncope manifested by sudden loss of consciousness should be distinguished from wind stroke and epilepsy.  Wind stroke; loss of consciousness is complicated by hemiplegia and deviated mouth, usually, there are sequelae after restoration to consciousness.  Epilepsy; loss of consciousness is accompanied by convulsions, expectoration of frothy saliva or yelling, when the consciousness is regained the patient becomes as normal as usual.  This condition includes simple fainting, postural hypo-tension, hypoglycemia, hysteria etc.  If there is deficiency syndrome, one has to promote tonifying direction or if there is excess syndrome, energy to be in sedating direction so that it may regulate the flow of energy.
As Brain cells begin to die if they are deprived of oxygen for three to five minutes.  The brain requires about 20 percent of the body’s oxygen supply though it makes up only about 2 percent of a person’s total body weight.
SuJok  ‘ACUPUNCTURE’ states that vital energy is the animating force behind life, the cosmic forces of Nature, and is the root of all things. It is said that if one stays in touch with vital energy, ones life will be healthy in all its phases, be it BODY. MIND. EMOTIONS!  ACUPUNCTURE itself is a powerful medicine, which aids in strengthening the immune system and serves to prevent diseases, control pain and increase both the ability to function and the quality of peoples lives.  An important aspect of Su Jok therapy is that it allows to take into account individual characteristics of the patient manifested in her energy constitution. This brings about an effective action on the very origin of disease.
The beauty of acupuncture is that each treatment is catered to the needs of an individual patient. Acupuncture energy concept on palm will be chosen for overall well-being with the objective of increasing circulation of the blood and vital energy as it may be required even after being in consciousness state so that there is no recurrence of the episodes.
