Breast Cancer

Causes and prevention in breast cancer, one has to change the life style or merge in daily life:
• Consuming healthy food with plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains with other high fiber foods helps strengthening immunity, reducing chances.
• Exercise regularly.
• Reduce fat intake, as extra fat increases estrogen production. More fat in the body and consuming alcohol increases estrogen levels especially after menopause leading to an increased risk.
• Limit or Decrease alcohol consumption or avoid it altogether.
• Women who have undergone menopause and have taken hormone therapy for more than four years with estrogen and progesterone have high chances. It is better to avoid hormonal therapy.
• Estrogen levels having on higher side may increase the risk factor.
• Breast-feeding will lower the risk.
• Women who never breast-feed or not feeding their children are at high risk.
• Conceiving before 30 years of age. Late child-bearing: Women bearing children after the age of 30 years and women who never bear children are at high-risk of being affected with breast cancer.
• Chances are high as the age increases.
• Family history: Chances are high if anybody in the family has suffered from breast cancer indicating genes are responsible.
• Personal History: If women had breast cancer in one of the breast, there is a likelihood of getting affected to the other breast also. Chances of recurrences are high to the same part or to different parts of the body.
• Menstruation: Women with menstruation beginning before the age of 12 years and menopause occurring after the age of 55 years are at high-risk of getting affected with breast cancer.
• Radiation therapy: Young women who have exposed their breasts to radiations due to some diseased condition like Hodgkin’s lymphoma are likely to develop breast cancer in the later ages.
• Pain isn’t usually a sign of breast cancer. If you have pain in one or both breasts, rest assured: It’s probably due to hormonal changes, a benign cyst, a ligament strain or another condition.
• More common warning signs of breast cancer include a palpable lump, a change in the size or shape of the breast, puckering of the skin, nipple changes (like scaling or discharge), or increased warmth.
• Women with very dense breasts are twice more likely to develop breast cancer. “When breast tissue is dense, the cells grow and multiply at a faster rate.
• Get your folate. While experts say that an overall healthy diet may help prevent breast cancer, a growing body of research suggests that getting enough of the B vitamin folate (in leafy green vegetables, beans and fortified cereals)
Most importantly;
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in gastrointestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soymilk, cancer cells will starve.
Water-best to drink purified, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic avoid it.
SUJOK ACUPUNCTURE: The goal of Acupuncture is to promote health and ease pain and suffering. The perspective from which an acupuncturist views health and sickness hinges on concepts of “vital energy,” “energetic balance” and “energetic imbalance.” The acupuncturist assesses the flow and distribution of this “vital energy” within its pathways, known as “meridians and channels”. The acupuncturist is able to influence health and sickness by stimulating certain areas along these “meridians”. Traditionally fine, slender needles stimulated these areas or “acupoints” that focuses only in the hands or feet. Today, many more forms of stimulation are incorporated, including herbs, electricity, magnets and lasers. Still, the aim remains the same – adjust the “vital energy” so the proper amount reaches the proper place at the proper time. This helps your body heal itself. Undoubtedly with SuJok Acupuncture there is an effective results even if of Breast Cancer. The concept of treatment of SuJok Acupuncture is in miniature form of hands or feet’s. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicaments’ therapy simultaneously can be reduced or eliminated altogether. The course of treatment is definitely uneventful.
One may visit personally to the center to get the absolutely free treatment till end of this month.

Anger could be a force for a good sometime, but intense anger is neither helpful nor healthy. There is nothing wrong with anger inherently. Psychologists say it’s normal to feel angry when one’s well-being is disturbed or threatened and that goes for financial as well as emotional and physical well-being. Although people differ in the way they express anger from time to time.
Chronic, intense anger is neither helpful nor healthy. It can cause problems in your personal relationships and at work; high levels of anger lead to heart attack, stroke, and premature death.

Tips for Taming Your Anger
One should take better care for the self. Often it is possible to curb anger simply by cutting back on stimulants like caffeine and nicotine, which can shorten the emotional fuse. Getting more sleep can also help in controlling such emotion. Ditto for exercise.
Talk over your feelings. Having a heart-to-heart with a friend or family member can help you understand and overcome one’s anger. “One may change s/he own emotional liability by hearing honest feedback from the others, which can be a great way to understand and change our emotional responses.
Just don’t go overboard: actually reinforce angry feelings, making them more intense rather than less intense.
Practice delay and distraction. Mindfulness meditation can help, as can humming a favorite tune or saying a prayer. Even the deep breathing — silently intoning the word “calm” “smile” each time breathe in and out. “Listening to loud, aggressive music can be a great way to curb anger.
Even if there is a tendency to come up anger unexpectedly, suddenly and lasts only for a short time; but is strong, destructive emotion, if prevails can hit or even kill another, this emotion is accompanied by great muscle power, unpredictable.
ORIGINALITY: People of this category are interested in what is new in shops today. They go shopping not to buy, but to get some new ideas. They like to walk into a shopping mall as if it were a museum. If they should but anything, it must be original, something that attracted their attention.
Such anger manifest: Sense of humor (original idea), modesty, vanity shyness (according to age group), irritability, and curiosity.
If a person is — of aggressiveness, outrageousness, irritability, fury, affective state, quarrelsome, disposition, peevishness, instability of mood means wind energy is dominant, and Lungs and Large Intestine meridians are responsible for such emotional liability, if focusing on chakra base, but if to have focus through meridians, one has to tackle the gall bladder and liver meridian.
One may get good results through SuJok Acupuncture concepts of energy or even by mere putting dot with permanent marker pen, one could find visible changes.

Optic atrophy, an eye disorder which gradually degenerate the vision acuity. At the early stage there is only blurring of vision, but at the later stages the possibility of eyesight may totally lost. The eye is a unique window into health. It’ is the only place in the body where, without surgery, we can look in and see veins, arteries and a nerve [the optic nerve]. The eyes’ transparency explains why common eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration can be detected early with regular eye exams. The Symptoms of optic atrophy are a change in the optic disc and a decrease in visual function. This change in visual function may decrease in sharpness and clarity of vision (visual acuity) or decreases in side (peripheral) vision. Color vision and contrast sensitivity can also be affected.
There are many possible causes of optic atrophy. The causes can range from trauma to systemic disorders, tissue death of the nerve that carries the information about sight from the eye to the brain.
 Pathogenesis-Differentiation ;
•Deficiency of the kidney and liver leads to consumption of the essence and blood that nourish the eyes.
Main manifestations: Dryness of the eyes, blurred vision, dizziness, tinnitus, nocturnal emission, aching of the lower back, thready and weak pulse, reddened tongue with scanty coating.
Analysis: Dryness of the eyes and blurred vision are due to failure of the essential nutrients to nourish the eyes in deficiency of the liver and kidney. The limbus is the seat of the kidney. When the kidney is in a deficiency state, there is aching of the lower back. Deficiency of the kidney may lead to nocturnal emission when there is hyperactivity of the asthenic fire and to dizziness and tinnitus when there is yang preponderance. Thready and weak pulse, reddened tongue with scanty coating are signs of yin deficiency.
•Dysfunction in transportation and transformation of the spleen due to irregular diet and over strain results in inadequate supply of the essential nutrients for the eyes.
Main manifestations: Blurred vision, weakness of breath, disinclination to talk, lassitude, poor appetite, loose stools, thready and weak pulse, pale tongue with thin white coating.
Analysis: The essential qi of all the zang-fu organs flows up to the eyes. When qi and blood in a deficiency state can not nourish the eyes, the vision becomes blurred. Qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach causes weakness of breath, disinclination to talk, lassitude, poor appetite and loose stools. Thready and weak pulse, pale tongue with thin and white coating are signs of deficiency of qi and blood.
•Dysfunction of the liver with stagnation of qi and blood in emotional troubles causes failure of the essential qi to flow upwards to nourish the eyes.
Main manifestations: Blurred vision, emotional depression, dizziness, vertigo, hypochondriac pain, bitter taste in the mouth, dry throat and string-taut pulse.
Analysis: The liver has its specific body opening in the eyes. Stagnation of the liver qi causes general obstruction of qi and blood which fail to ascend to nourish the eyes. So the blurred vision.  The Liver meridian passes by the hypochondriac region, so there is hypochondriac pain when the liver qi is stagnated. Retarded qi may turn into fire which flares up to cause dizziness, vertigo, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat. String-taut pulse is the sign of a liver disease.
But blurred vision in a diabetic means: Diabetics are at increased risk for several eye problems, including glaucoma and cataracts. But the most common threat to vision is diabetic retinopathy, where the diabetes affects the circulatory system of the eye. It’s the leading cause of blindness. The changes linked to diabetic retinopathy tend to show up in people who have had the disease for a long time, not those recently diagnosed. The person may also see “floaters,” tiny dark specks in the field of vision. Sometimes diabetes causes small hemorrhages (bleeding) that are visible in the eye. There’s no pain. People with poorly controlled blood sugar may have worse symptoms.  Someone with diabetes should have a dilated eye exam annually to catch and control the earliest stages of retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts or other changes—before they manifest as changes you’re aware of.
There are other unrelated causes of optic atrophy is poor blood flow, called ischemic optic neuropathy, which most often affects the elderly. The optic nerve can also be damaged by shock, various toxic substances, radiation, and trauma. Various eye diseases, most commonly glaucoma, can also cause optic nerve atrophy. In addition, the condition can be caused by diseases of the brain and central nervous system, such as cranial arteries sometimes called temporal arteries, multiple sclerosis, brain tumor, and stroke.
One should apply to reinforce the liver and kidney and nourish qi and blood by  tonifying method. Even movement is applied to the same meridian to remove the stagnation of the liver qi.
Acupuncture ‘SuJok’-An important aspect of SuJok therapy is that it allows to take into account an individual characteristics of the patient manifested in own energy constitution. This brings about an effective action on the very origin of disease. Besides, there are practically no contradictions for use of SuJok therapy. SuJok is a traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at the certain energy meridians, energy gates, joints of affected organs, or energy flow therapy in miniature form of the hands and feet. Thus, the Acupuncture SuJok is effective even if of optic atrophy. The remission of the disease can be achieved and medicaments’ therapy simultaneously  reduced or eliminated altogether.  The course of treatment is definitely uneventful.

Prolonged Labour

Prolonged Labour ‘Malposition of Fetus’
Parturition lasting over twenty-four hours is defined as prolonged labour. It is often due to weak contraction and force less contraction of the womb, or narrow pelvic fetal and malposition of fetus.
It may be due to weak constitution with insufficient vital energy and blood, exhaustion through premature contraction, premature amenorrhea, and depletion of blood due to hemorrhage, all lead to prolonged labour. In understanding of childbirth, it says ‘Physical weakness and early exertion of force have exhausted the mother before the baby is delivered and thus the baby gets stuck. Another cause of energy may be of dryness of vagina brings about difficult delivery.
Main manifestations: Dull and paroxysmal labour pains with mild weighing and distending sensation or profuse hemorrhage in light colour, pale completion, lassitude, palpitation, shortness of breath, pale tongue, weak pulse.
Analysis: since both energy and blood are deficient and the puerperal is too weak to have uterus contraction, there are mild abdominal pain, mild heavy and distending sensation, and the delivery duration is prolonged. Energy deficiency leads to profuse hemorrhage in light colour, pale complexion, lassitude, palpitation and shortness of breath. Pale tongue and weak pulse are signs of deficiency of energy and blood.
It may also be possible due to fear or too much worry over forthcoming delivery retards energy and stagnates blood. Extreme leisure during gestation leads to impaired flow of energy and blood. Affection of external cold during delivery hinders the circulation of  energy and blood. All of them are causative factors of prolonged labour. Prolonged labour derives from various factors such as seeking comfort and ease and too much sleep, both of which lead to retarded flow of energy or from fright and worry over the oncoming labour..and obstruction of vagina by blood stasis from an injured uterus.
Main manifestations: Sharp pains in the waist and abdomen, scanty hemorrhage in dark red colour, prolonged delivery curse, dark bluish complexion, depressive mood, fullness in the chest and epigastric frequent nausea, dark tongue deep forceful pulse.
Analysis: The retarded circulation of energy and blood gives rise to the sharp pain in the waist and abdomen and prolonged course of delivery. The stagnated energy does not ascend as usual, bringing about the dark bluish complexion, fullness and distension in the chest and epigastrium and frequent nausea. The dark tongue, deep and forceful pulse indicate energy stagnation and blood stasis.
Acupuncture SuJok is a traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine micro needles at the certain energy meridians, joints of affected organs, or energy flow therapy located in miniature form of hands and feet’s by adopting tonify wind. Thus, the treatment concept is effective at all the three levels – BODY, MIND, EMOTIONS and effective to promote health and alleviate pain and suffering even of labour pain problems.  The course of treatment is definitely uneventful. The practitioner is able to influence health and sickness by stimulating certain areas along these “meridians”.

Stroke – Wind

STROKE – wind, considered to be an emergency may be manifested by falling down in a fit with loss of consciousness or hemiplegia, with the symptoms such as slurred speech, deviated mouth. It can be categorized by abrupt onset with pathological changes varying quickly like the wind, from which the term ‘wind stroke’ comes. The Wind energy itself is not a painful symptoms as pain is result of the contraction. When wind is mild, predictable, it belongs to Yin, can be considered Yin Wind Stroke.  But, when wind is strong, unpredictable, short in duration like a typhoon or tornado, it belongs to Yang, accordingly can be differentiated.
Stroke – wind, often occurs in the aged who are in poor health, with deficiency of vital energy and blood, or deficiency in the lower part of the body and excess in the upper part. It may be caused by deficiency of the kidney due to sexual indulgence or by irregular food intake, which impedes the transportation and transformation function of the spleen, leading to production of phlegm from accumulated dampness and transformation into heat. It may impedes imbalance of Yin and Yang. Other causative factors are exasperation, agitation, alcohol indulgence or overeating, over strain and stress or invasion of exogenous pathogenic wind, all leading to upsurge of Yang liver and heart fire which makes vital energy and blood go upward together with turbid phlegm, disturbing the mind and resulting in this disease. In mild cases there are only symptoms showing dysfunction of the meridians and collateral’s, while in severe cases both dysfunction of organs and meridians are manifested.
Tense syndrome results from disturbance of the mind by the phlegm heat or collection of excessive fire in the heart and liver while flaccid deficiency syndrome results from deficiency of the vital energy or collapse of the kidney yang. In untreated or improperly treated cases, the tense syndrome tends to become flaccid and the prognosis is often poor.
Tense syndrome –  Main manifestations: falling down in a fit with loss of consciousness, tightly closed hands and clenched jaws, flushed face, coarse breathing, rattling in the throat, retention of urine, constipation, red tongue with thick yellow or dark grey coating, string-taut, rolling and forceful pulse.
Wind stirred up by upsurge of liver yang sends vital energy and blood upwards, which together with the accumulated phlegm fire disturb the mind, leading to sudden loss of consciousness with tightly closed hands and clenched jaws, flushed face, coarse breathing, retention of urine and constipation. Excessive wind phlegm brings about rattling in the throat, red tongue with thick yellow coating or dark grey coating, string-taut, rolling and forceful pulse are the signs of wind combined with phlegm fire.
Flaccid syndrome – Main manifestations: falling down in a fit and sudden loss of consciousness with mouth agape and eyes closed, snoring but feeble breathing, flaccid paralysis of limbs, incontinence of urine, flaccid tongue, thready, weak pulse and in severe cases cold limbs or flushing of face as rouged, fading or big floating pulse.
Severe weakness of primary vital energy, separation of yin and yang and exhaustion of energy indicates mouth agape, eyes closed, snoring but feeble breathing, flaccid paralysis, and incontinence of urine. flaccid tongue and thready weak pulse suggest the deficiency of blood and prostration of the kidney yang. If complicated with cold limbs, flushed face, fading or big floating pulse, it is a critical case, indicating exhaustion of yin in the lower portion of the body and upward going of the isolated yang.
There are two categories. One is that only the meridians and collateral’s are attacked without the organs being involved. The other is that after wind stroke the functions of the affected organs have been restored, yet there exists stagnation of vital energy and blood in the meridians.
Main manifestations: Hemiplegia, numbness of the limbs, deviated mouth, slurring of speech, accompanied by headache, dizziness, vertigo, twitching of muscles, red eyes and flushed face, thirst, dryness of the throat, irritability, string taut and rolling pulse.
Analysis: wind phlegm enters the meridians due to imbalance of yin and yang, causing retarded circulation of vital energy and blood. Hence appears hemiplegia, numbness of the limbs, deviated mouth and slurring of speech. It complicated with upsurging of liver yang and upward disturbance of wind yang, the symptoms are headache, dizziness, vertigo and twitching of muscles. If there is excessive fire in the heart and liver, there may be red eyes and flushed face, thirst, dryness of the throat and irritability. Stagnation of wind phlegm leads to a string taut and rolling pulse.
SuJok acupuncture methods, from the simplest to complex ones, are self-sufficient for coping with pain and obtaining a stable remission of even Neuro problems.  The SuJok method is a natural way of treatment, and the process of normalisation of the patient’s state. An important aspect of SuJok therapy is that it allows to take into account an individual characteristics of the patient manifested in own energy constitution. This brings about an effective action on the very origin of disease. Besides, there are practically no contraindications for utilization of SuJok therapy.
If taken treatment in initial stages, one may get positive effective results. Positive aspect of this therapy is that overall control of any disease is only through the hands and sole.

Most Hindus believe in a supreme spirit, called Brahman, and in the reincarnation of a person’s atman or soul. Hindus must practise satya (truth) and ahimsa (noninjury). At the same time must respect other’s property. Every Hindu follows the dharma (religious and moral duty) of varna, jati (caste), kula (family), and ashrama as best they can. Hindus believe in life after death. An individual can follow various paths to achieve moksha (release from the cycle of birth and rebirth), and ultimate union with Brahman, or God. Philosophical ideas, Vedanta philosophy and the Bhagavad-Gita define atman as the divine energy in every creature. Atman, the soul, continues to exist when the body dies, when it is rehoused in a new body. Each atman, because of its karma, experiences many lives until it achieves moksha.  The three qualities, prakriti (the matter necessary for all creation), gunas (the attributes built into the character of every created object), and maya (which makes this impermanent world appear merely as an illusion) bind atman to the material world. It is trapped in the cycle of successive lives.

Brahman <Atom, Infinity Neuto> is the name of the most absolute, abstract form of God in the Hindu religion. Hindus believe Brahman is the divine force that sustains the universe. Brahman has three main forms, called the Trimurti. They are Brahma<Electron,Hetero>, the creator of the universe; Vishnu<Neutrion,Neutro>, its preserver; and Shiva<Proton,Homo>, its destroyer. Hindus relate Brahman to the idea of Atman, the universal soul that is the source of individual souls. Many Hindus believe people must discover the Atman or Brahman in themselves in order to achieve spiritual perfection. In the Rig-Veda, the earliest Hindu scriptures, the name Brahman referred to the power present in religious sacrifices. As Hindu philosophy developed, this power came to mean the soul of the universe. Parts of the Upanishads, a group of sacred writings, glorify Brahman over all other forms of God. God <Triorigin> is a religious term for the “supreme reality.” In many religions, God is the creator of the universe and the ultimate source of knowledge, power, and love. Triorigin is a fundamental, inseparable, immutable, manifesting itself in all phenomena and factors – physical and metaphysical – of this world, it provides a basis for organisation of both man’s physical body and his en system, fundamental order is zero character, no change, fixed as fundamental, still everywhere, Enlightened.

SOUL is like the Zero state, it is similar to ‘Nothing’ state that existed in the beginning of this Universe before the big-bang. HE ‘CREATOR’ also exists in this Zero state. So, our Soul belongs to HIM. We are like HIS sons and daughters. That’s why HE is eager to inform us about this truth, so that we are free from suffering and ignorance. Parents are always eager to give wisdom and knowledge to there children, keeping no secrets. So ‘SuJok’ is ‘HIS’ system. It belongs to HIM. It is common to all, with no claims of belonging to a person or country. Through SuJok we can recognize HIS existence. Thus, He created SuJok therapy as a Holy therapy.
